It’s a nice place that can improve tremendously

It was close to a bus station to Venice with frequent buses

Its kitchen equipment was lacking - the cutlery and cookware was less than needed for such a flat. There was no mop to clean the slippery shower room floor. Disposables were lacking too. Wi Fi was needed to be attended to twice

Size of apartment (large)! Excelent location to reach Venecija! Self adjustable heating!

It can be little bit cleaner and some small thing need to be fixed (this are reason to decrease grade for 1), and the biggest issue is to solve smell of sewage in toilet (its come from sewage sistem, open windows helps, but if it is cold outside it is not acceptable - this also decrease grade by 1). So, final grade is 8.

Clean, spacious accommodations for our family of six, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Relatively quiet. Good mocha coffee maker. Two balconies.

Not enough good and usable kitchen pans and utensils. No filters for drip coffee maker and electric hot water kettle broken.

Nice stay

The bus stop going to the island is less than 5min walk. Spacious rooms. Nice coffee shop nearby.

The facility description says "bath or shower" and "walk-in shower" so we assumed there were 2 bathrooms while in fact there is only one (with a small shower cubicle).

dirty shower, uncomfortable bed in big spacious appartment

It is a spacious appartment with spacious bathroom. the buidling is renovated. Lots of art on the wall. Good for a big family or big party of travellers, or people who want separate rooms.

The matresses were a nighthmare to sleep on. The showers were dirty. Very limited cooking facilities. Cooking utensils were dirty. Is quite inconventient that the bins are in the balcony. The pots are old and burned. No or dirty sponges. Inconvenient that plates are in the dining room and have to run between dining toom and kitchen for plateing the food.

A visit of Venice by car

Excellent location - very easy to get to Venice and to the center of Mestre (nice city). The place was in a good part of the city. I read some reviews about Mestre safety prior to the visit and was concerned, but there was nothing alarming at this location. The rooms were big with a lot of light. The kitchen was well stocked and also had some basic cooking supplies (salt, vinegar, etc.).

The beds were not very comfy and the cleaniness of the sheets was a bit questionable (no stains, but no fresh smell either). Internet was extremely limited - no options for movie streaming or bulky downloads and the connection was not stable.

Very good

It’s clear and a lot of space everywhere. Host is really nice friendly & answered all my questions. He was very informative & helpful.

It’s bit expensive specially after you add the city tax and the fifth person it’s pretty much the same cost as a hotel in the center of Venice. Location is 17 min by bus away from Veince. You have to plan your day according to bus timings and it’s always crowded. It’s rains a lot in Venice so having a place in the center is more practical. There was a construction in the building so it wakes us up very early and workers could see us from the windows.
