Posizione strategica per raggiungere Venezia sia in treno che in bus. Casa ampia e accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Letto comodissimo. Molto pulita. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Host gentile e sempre disponibile. La consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Venezia.

A smooth check-in with a friendly and helpful host Alesso. Great location: 2 minutes to the bus to Venice (10 minutes), close to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing and sleeping in a comfortable bed after sightseeing. The property was clean, heated, and had everything you need. The balcony off the kitchen is a real treat when the weather is nice. Thanks to all these advantages, visit to Venice was a great success.

The place is very clean and organized, both bedrooms are big and well equipped, the kitchen is spacious and modern. The bathroom is also very spacious and well ventilated. The owner is a very pleasant and attentive person, always ready to help and answers the messages very fast. We had a problem with the stove, and he came to help as fast as possible.

Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem Alessio. Błyskawicznie odpowiada na każde pytanie, nawet gdy nie jest w stanie osobiście pomóc, jest ktoś na miejscu, kto go zastępuje. Bardzo zaangażowany i skupiony na tym, aby gość był zadowolony.
Apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie, dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Znakomicie skomunikowany z centrum Wenecji - przystanek autobusowy znajduje się dosłownie za zakrętem, a komunikacja miejska jeździ bardzo często. Polecam!
Jedyną rzeczą której mogło brakować, to klimatyzacja. Mieliśmy co do tego pewne obawy, ale w mieszkaniu byliśmy po sezonie we wrześniu, więc pogoda nie była uciążliwa. Dodatkowo gospodarz przygotował bardzo wydajne wentylatory (w każdym pokoju po dwa), dzięki czemu w ogóle nie odczuliśmy braku klimatyzacji.
