Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group

After a recommendation we found this to be an amazing option for a cruise on Halong Bay. The rooms were beautiful, however had to be split from our teenage girls as not enough connecting rooms. But the facilities were wonderful, upper and lower decks perfect to sit and relax as well as the balconies having a view of the bay through large panoramic windows. Staff were wonderful, activities fabulous and just enough - not too much or too little and optional. Staff allowed for younger guests needs with food and activities also.

Interconnecting rooms for families - need more Cooking class is more a food demonstration. Could have a drinks package option.

The boat at the staff were amazing. Everything ran like clockwork.

The boat and design was very nice, decor and restaurant area was great, size of the panaramic room was really spacious and boat hardly rocked during our stay.

Everything was on a time schedule which was good but on last day morning brunch was served at 10am, we got there at 10:02 and everyone had already eaten and not much food or choice left, disappointing end to a really nice stay. Tip once you check out at 9:45am go and sit in the restaurant area ready for the food so get in first.

The room was very spacious. The view was amazing. Location was great.

Couple of staff attitudes was not great. Food was not excellent. Cold water in the bathroom at the end was turned off so didn’t had shower
