Very well organized, with a pace that was neither too slow nor too fast.
Victor is an excellent tour guide, and the crew was truly attentive to our needs. Thank you
Everything went very well, and the experience was positive. The only exception was a stop at a silk shop on the way back to Hanoi. I understand that these things are offered to tourists, but in this case it felt almost forced, and frankly, it was a bit of a letdown compared to the other two days.

Staff were friendly, our guide Louis was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The food was amazing and lots of choice! The boat stays in a quiet part of the bay which is nice, you see lots of the scenery.

Loved the fact that the cruise goes past all the boats at Ha Long Bay and spends the night in a very secluded bay. Loved the kayaking with just our group and swimming in clean water. The bike ride on Cat Ba Island tour early was a stroke of genius by the organisers as there were no other tourists until we started to leave. The food was very good and plentiful. The cabin we had was large with a generous bathroom for a boat. Also had a lovely deck to sit on and take in the serenity of Lan Ha Bay. The staff were very helpful and friendly
It rained a little while we were on board and the tiles on the deck are very slippery
