Everything was well organized, the cabin was comfortable and clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and the activities were fun and well planned. A special thank you to William, who provided excellent customer service before and during our trip. He was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and kindness made us feel well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time on board and would highly recommend Amanda Premier Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. Thank you again to William and the entire crew for making our trip so memorable!

We had a fantastic stay with Amanda Halong Cruise! The highlight for us was the peaceful atmosphere on board. Watching the sunset from the sundeck was absolutely magical, and waking up to the calm beauty of Ha Long Bay was unforgettable. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, making the whole trip very comfortable. Everything felt smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Our trip with Amanda Halong Cruise was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The scenery was breathtaking, the cabin was clean and comfortable, and the entire itinerary was perfectly organized. Every activity was enjoyable, and there was always enough time to relax and take in the beauty of Ha Long bay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, and the crew was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. A special thanks to **William**, who provided outstanding customer service before and during our trip. He answered all of our questions quickly, made the booking process smooth, and ensured everything went perfectly. His professionalism and genuine care made us feel confident and well looked after.

The staff were lovely and helpful
Food was average, no swimming or fun activities on board, we had a large group aboard who dominated all the attention and were rude.
