Highly recommended cruise. Everything was well organized from beginning to end. A special thank you to Luna, who assisted us throughout the whole process, including arranging our transfer and making sure everything went smoothly. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cruise itself was beautiful, the staff, namely Unie, Louise and the whole team, were welcoming and professional, and the whole trip was truly memorable.

That staff was perfect we had Alice nhung to help us throughout the process of booking and getting all documents ready and then Stella who was a fountain of knowledge and was lovely to speak to

We loved our stay on the Rita cruise. It was beautifully clean and the boat was stunning. The food too was impressive and we liked how there were different options if you did not like something. Staff were the highlight also - Luk took care of us and was so kind and took a real interest to get to know us. We enjoyed the kayaking and squid fishing. Only downside to all the 1 night trips is that you spend a lot of time transferring and so it is really only 20 hours on the boat. Next time we would stay for longer to allow more down time on the boat itself

Long transfer - It took over 1 hour on the tender boat to get to the ship on the way there. We also had to wait 30 minutes beforehand in visitor lounge - It would have been nice to get straight on the boat after 4 hours of travelling from Hanoi. It was better on the way back - around 35.

The cruise is great, friendly staffs made the stay much better.

There was a peculiar smell in the room, which seemed like it was taken care of using room freshener. Everytime we entered the room we could smell it for a while before it went away. Not that it affected a lot but something we didn’t like about the property.
