The cruise is great, friendly staffs made the stay much better.
There was a peculiar smell in the room, which seemed like it was taken care of using room freshener. Everytime we entered the room we could smell it for a while before it went away. Not that it affected a lot but something we didn’t like about the property.

We just had the best cruise with Rita and had Stella looking after us who was amazing, she is the best person we have met and was so friendly, helpful and lovely. We want to come back to this cruise to see her again and have another cruise. Highly recommend especially the VIP Room 301!

Staff were amazing and food was delicious 😋 We did a 2 day cruise and their itinerary was great enough to do but also relaxing ☺️

Once we got on the 'big boat', all was excellent. Beautiful room, wonderful scenery, great staff and very good food.We had a lovely time but some things could be improved.
We got on the cruise boat at 1.40pm (30 mins delay due to recovering from an earlier storm) and left it at 10.40am the next day making 21 hours in total - so not really what you'd expect for a two day/ one night cruise as billed. However, it was long enough for us on the boat. Also, the tender boat was rickety and uncomfortable - that part of the experience could be resolved. P.S. And for the promised golf activity the crew had to scrabble round to find one club and one ball (albeit a ProV1!). If you are going to advertise an activity, make sure you have the equipment.
