Excellent!! Can’t fault the service from staff. Rooney looked after us and a few other Aussies on board, he went above and beyond.

Outstanding friendly staff that made you part of their family, food was exceptional and the ammeneties clean and comfortable. Tam and Tom were very helpful and the local knowledge gave us an excellent insight to local history. An enjoyable experience.
Bathroom floor a bit unstable but otherwise all good.

The staff and location/ views were amazing! We stayed 3D2N, and I really like our day trip to Cat Ba island, and the kayak to the secluded beach was great!
No disrespect to the chef, as I’m sure they work incredibly hard to cater to a large variety of people, but the food was a bit of a letdown. Instead of making it Western-style, keeping it authentically Vietnamese would make it a hundred times better! Additionally, some parts of the room could use a bit of TLC.
