Fantastic cruise and the food was amazing

We received a lovely welcome. The boat appeared to be luxurious. The bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed that everything we did was plus plus plus $$$$$. A lot of the staff did not speak very good english at all. Our Tour Guide whilst he was lovely was very hard to understand. We did a cruise and were led to believe that all was included and unfortunately not. If we wanted a drink we had to pay - very disappointing. We had issues in our room, the shower drain was blocked and constantly flooded our bathroom. Our hair dryer blew up and was not fixed. The meals were really not that great. And what I was really quite disappointed about was that on check out, the lady collecting our fees asked would we like a cappucino upon check out and then proceeded to charge us for it. She then chased us around the boat following up for every last cent. It became quite unfriendly and I would not recommend this cruise line to anyone.
