The staff was lovely, and we enjoyed the activities. Transport to the terminal was very comfortable. Food was good.
Not a fan of roller shades as bathroom doors. It did not work well.

Only a few cabins makes it feel very exclusive. Staff and service were excellent. Food is very good.
The bed was hard and the pillows small, but other than that, we had an excellent time.

A fantastic must do experience in Halong Bay!
The room and boat was very comfortable and we had a great time.
They could skip one meal, as there’s a brunch at 7 and a brunch/lunch at 10am. It feels a lot of eating and would prefer to spend more free time.
Also a lot of guest interaction time, which would be great to leave a bit more open (ex: give the possibility to have the meals in the room).
