The boat was clean and the food was excellent . Well organised

In general, halong bay feels over touristed. But, the cruise was good.

Food was amazing, staff lovely, activities well organised, facilities beautiful. Location stunning.

Some activities not long enough. Seating at meal times could mix people up more to facilitate meeting new people.

Modern and spacious cabins with a nice balcony to sit in and enjoy the view. The restaurant decor was lovely and the food fantastic. As were all of the staff. The top deck had loungers, tables or just more relaxed seating areas, along with a jacuzzi if you wanted one. It was lovely to relax on in the afternoon and have some drinks and even join in with a Tai Chi session one morning.

The boat from the dock was very slow to get to the boat and not a speedboat as we had thought it would be. Otherwise everything else was great.

The whole boat was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were spectacular for their service and friendliness.

That the process for activities were not explained well. I expected that we would use the main host as our base but for the cycle trip we were transferred to a day boat and were not informed of the facilities. We wore our swimwear and packed minimally, but once finished swimming it would have been nice to have a change of clothes as we were unaware of the showers etc on the boat. Additionally the whole trip is tainted by the amount of rubbish in the sea and beaches. Whilst it is picturesque for the natural beauty this is then ruined by the shear amount of floating plastics.
