Please note, there is no full kitchen in this unit, we have a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 full bath studio/guest quarter in a very desirable Neighborhood in Oceanside. You will enjoy fully remodelled bedrooms and bath with a panoramic view of the surroundings of your patio area. This unit offers a private entrance, very quiet and peaceful yet close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, freeway 78 and 5. Just minutes from the beaches, Legoland, Nationally known Carlsbad Flower field and about 35 minutes drive to downtown San Diego. The location and the house itself are really beautiful. It is connected to the hosts house and there's a tenant below, which wasn't disclosed. There is no laundry and no kitchen, but there is a sink outside and a microwave and mini fridge inside. They do have ants though, which despite having minimal food , we were fighting the whole time. The pool was nice and did feel private.We had two vehicles, which was a little bit of a Tetris situation. It was okay for what we needed but I wish the accuracy of the listing was better so we could be better prepared.

In town to visit friends and really just needed a place to sleep. It was perfect. Two bedrooms each with ceiling fan and AC unit, small refrigerator and coffee maker, clean and spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Reza is kind and prompt in replies.

The scenery and location of this property is perfect! The pool and backyard area was great for a relaxing first day after travel. We were close to the beach, good restaurants, and the harbor. It was very clean and exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The location is perfect for so many things. It was super easy to get around, but the house itself is atop a hill and feels private from the rest of the town. The rooms have A/C and beautiful views. The space is entirely your own, but it is one wall away from the rest of the host's house and there's a renter downstairs. So, it is pretty easy to hear everything going on in the house or when the renter comes home. The beds are comfy, though, and the bathroom was very nice.

Our family of 3 (2 adults, one kid) had a good stay here. Very comfortable queen bed in each room, each bedroom has a tv, excellent shower, and the deck with an outdoor sink and table/chairs was a nice touch. Microwave and small fridge (bigger than a mini fridge, we could fit a lot) along with plastic utensils and paper plates provided. There were knives to cut food, salt and pepper shakers, and the coffee was excellent (standard coffeemaker with filters provided). Quiet upscale neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. Private entrance and parking spot included. You can hear the others staying there through the walls at times, but in the same way you'd hear others at a hotel. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would return for sure!

Owners were very helpful with check-in/check-out process and helpful with some last minute questions/requests. Place was very easy to access and the location made it great for reverse rush-hour traffic commutes to Legoland and the beach (we went to Fletcher Cove). No issues whatsoever and I would definitely stay here again! We drove out from Phoenix and packed a few extra things just in case they weren't stocked, but they had everything we needed and more!

I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay!!! The property is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, but it’s close enough to where you can be at the beach in 10 min or less!!! It’s so peaceful at night and the view from the facility and pool areas are breath-taking!!! Reza is a wonderful host and a great guy!!!! I will definitely visit again!!!!

The rate for this property was cost effective, clean and a safe location. The pool plus view was great. The pool has no steps so older adults may have trouble getting in and out but the jacuzzi attached to the pool is an easier in and out and just as refreshing!

Everything was fine but the place is just two bedrooms, and no lobby etc. there is a frdge microwave as well. both rooms were very nice with a large shower and bathroom area that was nice as well.

Towels for both bathroom and pool area use. Pool is nice area with nice views, but no steps into the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself out. Reza was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! This place is clean and comfortable. We never saw the pool, not sure how to even get to it. Keep in mind you share a wall with the kitchen of the main house, you can hear them and I’m sure they could hear us. I believe there’s another rental below you as well. The shower was AMAZING! Best part of rental. Bedding was cozy and hosts were great. We’d stay again.

I would like to thank Reza & Maray for a very pleasant and comfortable 6 days we were very happy with our place nice comfy beds and beautiful bathroom which had Bluetooth in the shower clean towels and the fridge was stocked with coffee, creamer,orange juice and a nice bottle of wine the veiw on the deck was spectacular to have coffee in the mornings with a beautiful sunrise and enjoyed the evenings relaxing Reza & Maray were very accommodating to our needs thank you so much for a great stay !! It was a great location and wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our stay! The location is just down the road from Oceanside and high value for the price. It is more of a two-bedroom one-bath hotel suite than a house. There are 33 photos of a very small space, so I had a different idea of what I was purchasing. There is access to a beautiful pool with an amazing view. In the listing it looks like the pool is outside the bedrooms but the bedrooms are on the back of the house.

A friend and I stayed here a few nights when we were in town for a wedding. Fyi it is only 2 bedrooms and a bathroom - there is no common room. The kitchenette station seen in the photos is in one of the bedrooms. The rooms were fresh and clean and the huge luxury spa shower with river rock style floor was a definite highlight! We slept great on comfy bedding. We wanted to explore the beautiful hilly neighborhood (next to a golf course) but we ran out of time. The host Reza was gracious.

Reza and Maray are caring, friendly, and helpful hosts. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We found many local attractions within15 minutes: Mission San Luis Del Rey, Oceanside beach, pier and harbor, San Diego botanical garden, Carlsbad and Encinitas. We also made a hop down to San Diego for a free concert in Balboa park.
