I love 💕 coming here when I'm a business trip the couple here are very nice the owner's wife was very very attentive when I had an expensive brand new rug in the back of my truck she made sure that it was underneath the camera and I was okay with parking space that she pointed out to me when I got there for her to be safe. that's called over and beyond and I appreciate it.

I stay at Harbor Inn and suites often when I’m in Oceanside, which is pretty frequently and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the harbor and the beach, great food spots and quick freeway access. I’m here to unwind. It’s always convenient and easy. What truly makes this place stand out is a wonderful staff. They’re consistently warm, helpful and welcoming. They remember their gas to treat everyone with genuine kindness and go out of their way to make sure each day is comfortable Rooms are clean the environment feel safe and the overall vibe is laid-back and reliable exactly what I need when I’m traveling. If you’re looking for an affordable accessible and friendly places to stay in Oceanside, this is it. I’ll continue choosing Harbor Inn and suites every time I’m in town.

It's in Cali near the beach.

The room has been used hard, very dated and obviously used linens and curtains, the drain in the shower barely drained , walls curtains and door needs updating bad. Heavy smell of bleach .

The property is under renovation and they are doing a wonderful job!

The staff and location! Lamar is great I’ve been staying at this property for 3 years every time I’m in O’side (which is several times a year) and he remembers my name. My last stay he brought over kites for my kids, they loved them! It’s walking distance to the harbor and beach!

It was sound proof. We got what we needed, 3 beds.

Toilet ran all night, water from shower head sprayed everywhere, bathtub looked like it was going to fall, roaches running freely, a spring was poking out of the side of a mattress. Thank goodness it was just for a night.

Very very dirty and disappointing

The bathtub, sink, toilet and linens were clean.

Everything else was disgusting. Stains all over the walls, spit balls on the ceiling, mismatched paint over patches in the walls, all the furniture was in terrible shape. The bathroom smelled of mildew and part of the door had rotted away. The front door was so dirty is was almost black around the baseboards and the bottom.

Staying in a Damaged unrepaired yet being charged $100 as a room deposit, Lowering my travel balance

I was close to my Surfing Beach.

Ripped screens in both windows and unrepaired walls from other guest who must have damaged the walls in the room. To my surprise the Hotel took an extra $100.00 deposit to stay overnight in addition to my hotel room charge. But when I discussed with the Desk Clerk the cost of the room cost. I was never told about the $100.00 deposit to be deducted from my checking account. Sincerely, Richard Goff

It needs painting inside. The paint is chipping off. The table and chair was 20 years old. No telephone in the room. We were told we could have a handicap room downstairs but didn’t get one.

There are better places to stay

It's in a nice location. 1 block from the harbor but the other guests look shady. It also had two rooms for less than 70 dollars.

Ehh it's a cheap hotel with a backed up bathroom sink and it stank. The floors were slippery too from too much cleaner but I wouldn't want the floors dirty. I can only imagine what might be on those floors. They also charge a 100 dollar deposit and I often wonder how many of those deposits I've gotten back
