Personally likely the valet, super nice gentleman. Excellent service. Front desk was great too.

I didn’t understand the elevator until a guest explained to me that you have to use your card to get you to whatever floor you’re seeking. Also the bar on the 3rd floor should stay open later than 8pm on a Saturday.

We loved everything at The Seabird Resort! The incredible beauty of the resort itself made our stay so special! The staff were beyond welcoming and the service was excellent!! Everyone made us feel so special while we were there...from the desk service, to the poolside service! The pool area was fantastic! We loved the super thick lounge cushions...so comfy! And we ordered often from the poolside restaurant. We were so happy to always be able to find enough lounges for our family too!! The food and the drinks were amazing! We also loved going down to the beach with our grandkids and having our beach chairs and umbrellas set up by the staff!! Incredible! Our room was just perfect. The bed was super comfortable, and we absolutely loved the huge, beautiful bathroom!!! We were so happy to find a playroom for the kids...we weren't expecting that! We used it everyday, and our grandkids also loved the daily toy they were allowed to choose! We cannot wait to come back to the Seabird!!

Proximity to beach was perfect

The food options were very limited at the restaurant at the hotel. The hotel room had a note on nightstand as well as an opened juice can in the fridge from previous guests. This made the room feel less clean. For the price of the room and description online I was under impression we had ocean front view but it was side view of ocean. This should be emphasized in difference of rooms.
