I loved the view, how clean it was and I loved the staff.
The room felt a bit hot, I feel it was my fault about that but to be honest everything was perfect.

The location
My room was 1/4 mile from the elevator. The room’s “phone from 1975” did not function properly. When you attempt to select a service, the display was backwards. There was no option to contact any other option but guest services. The “mini fridge” was not working properly as it did not keep my chilled beverages chill. When I called guest services, they sent a technician who was super kind and they told me it was “functioning properly”. He used a temperature device and said “cold” and I immediately noted that this hotel doesn’t not give “two sh*ts”. Next, at the end of the evening, I try to use the streaming device and the remote is not working. I called front desk again from the backwards phone and they sent up the nice maintenance worker and he said “not working” and he gave me a new remote. I called guest species to order a French press for 8:00 am and I was told. “Oh we don’t offer day before orders…This place-no just no. I left after that. I am not staying in a sub par hotel.
