The resort was close and convenient to both the highway and marina/beach. Since we were visiting family in the San Diego area it was a good location plus it had 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which made it very roomy for the family. I enjoyed my morning walks to the pier which was around 1.5 miles away from the resort. Nice beach area as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking.

Excellent location in Oceanside as it is so close to the beach. The timeshare is a bit noisy as it hosts lots of families but if you can manage that it is an fun place to vacation.

The 3-bedroom 2 bath property had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. The bonus bed was a queen size murphy bed that pulled out into the front room. The rooms and living area where comfortable. The unit we got was clearly needing some TLC and updating. Hot water was in short supply and water pressure to showers was not impressive. Our unit was on the 2nd floor which had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool. it was very nice but we quickly learned that the little boy above us enjoyed peeing down onto our surfboards left to dry. Yes this place was great for the younger family with younger children looking for a good value for a beach vacation. Check-in was easy and good communication from the property manager however be advised that upon check-in, you will need to visit the "concierge" who is very friendly but wants you to sign up for a timeshare presentation for a gift. The external property is nice and freshly painted and perfect for young families. The walk to the beach is fine but bring a small cart or wagon to carry the gear to the beach. Our experience was positive and we felt we were able to accommodate our needs at reasonable price for a common vacation week.
