Close to the ocean, good stay for wedding on site

The room was lovely, we got upgraded to an ocean view which made the price worth it. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff were very nice. They refilled our espresso capsules for the machine in our room. Great shower temp and pressure. The steamer and hair dryer in the room were both great.

Without the complementary room upgrade it would not have been as good a value. The pool was closed. We had to go to the seabird to use their pool which required a second key. Breakfast at the seabird was $54 for one adult at the buffet.

Staff was gracious and welcoming. The location is perfect, and the outdoor amenities: seating, Hi/Lo, Rooftop bar, make for a wonderful stay. The room was perfect!

More options for room service dining. Maybe pizzas or sandwiches.

quick ocean getaway

property is located right in front of the beach with a bunch of nice restaurants all around. the bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. valle restaurant was beyond incredible. staff was great.

to get to the other side of the hotel you have to go through outside doors then back in. more elevators for each side column would be nice. the restaurant downstairs high lo didnt meet breakfast food expectations. we arrived at 3:57 pm and one of our rooms still wasn’t ready. parking overnight is very expensive

For Breakfast there could have been more choice. We loved the location and view from the balcony. The pool was amazing on the days we could use it.

The sofa bed was a bit hard. There weren’t enough snacks. The trains were a bit noisy at night.

I didn’t like the smell of like rotten egg in the sink. Even though they came and cleaned it. It was still smelling the same the whole time we stayed there. 😬

Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Staff was super friendly. Roof Top Pool and Bar was exceptional in evening. Kids got to swim, Mom and Dad had pool side drinks and appetizers.

Parking. The only parking available was hotel valet parking, or paid parking across street in which you had to get up at midnight to go down and pay for parking the following day.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing and our room was very comfortable and quiet. We didn't hear any other guest while in our room. We did not eat at the hotel, but there are a lot of dining options in and around the area.

There wasn't anything we did not like about the hotel. It was a bit expensive, but it is a prime location, so that is to be expected. The pool is kind of small, but amazing view!

what I didn’t like about the property was the area! it was my first time at Oceanside wanted something a bit more relaxing there is a lot of construction going on on the beach the construction itself made the beach not beautiful so my husband and I ended up traveling up to La Jolla about 32 minutes to really get that beach vacation vibe
