Sold not suggest anyone stay even though location and price was adequate

Recently remodeled…. Curtains need hemming. There was no lamps, just overhead lighting. No coffee pot. No microwave. Looked like they just finished room which was clean but then dropped the ball.

Great location, great price but the room needed some work.

It was very close to the harbor.

The room was not completely ready to rent. There was several screws all over the floor and dirty like they just were working in there. No coffee machines in rooms. Nothing on the walls. The bath towels were for a small child.

Only stayed there due to the location

There was no breakfast provided, the only thing I liked was that pets are allowed.

Did not get the room requested, king ground floor, instead I got two queens on the third floor. Difficult with limited walking. Somebody needs to pickup the dog dropping

Our room smelled horrible like wet dog and had a needle in the bed sticking out and it poked me

Our room didn’t have a microwave or iron and water pressure was horrible. The bed was itchy and it smelled like wet dog There was a sewing needle sticking out of the bed and it pooled me We went to the front desk about all our concerns and they said they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it

The worse place to stay it use to be really nice now it’s a trash can

The view of the ocean

The roof leaked water so many code violations that it’s not even habitable and the room had trash stuffed in corners the sheets were not clean as they had stains on them not to mention all the drug use in the parking lot all night and the staff was not very friendly when checking in or when letting them know about our concerns

The young lady working understood how upset I was and took care of situation.

Everything, mold in bathroom, people using drugs outside of the room I was assigned. Horrible! I checked in and less than 5 mins later checked out.

Only the location

First of all, I had no idea that this hotel is Motel 6. It’s not advertised as such. If I had known that, I would have never stayed here. There were people yelling outside cursing and upstairs screaming banging on furniture in the middle of the night so I got no sleep at all. When the upstairs neighbor was taking a shower, the ceiling started leaking and our bathroom was covered with water. That is why there was a weird smell of mildew in the room. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a false advertisement.

I had to get my money back. The room was not cleaned at all, there where empty cans and water bottles all over the place. One bed was not made the other was SUPER dirty I only know because the sheets were missing. It looked like people were actually living at the motel. Worse it's a motel 6. If I knew it was Motel 6 I would have never booked it.

The staff they were rude and then the fridge and microwave didnt even work in the room the least they could've done was take them out not leave them in here knowing they're outta service and then when I called and let tnem know the employee wants to give me attitude and say that they're being discontinued if that was the case they shouldn't have it the room I had brought alot o of stuff to make in the microwave and I could even make anything and the food just went to waste cause of the fridge not working right as well yall need to switch things up and do a better job and also have better customer service cause your staff is very rude ...

For the price of the stay, you would think the rooms would be a little more appealing. 2 laundry machines were sitting in the parking lot right next to the office. Unfortunately, my room was also next to the office. Guest hanging out in the parking lot late at night, loud music playing late on another night. I guess the "freaks" do come out at night.

Not great

The location was pretty good, walkable to different shops and restaurants and close to a beach. The cleaning staff was friendly and they brought us new towels and toiletries for the 2nd night which I appreciated. It is pet friendly.

Everything was pretty grimey looking, the vending machines didn't work, there was a chunk of carpet missing in our room and the curtains were stained. The room smelled like urine. There was a bright light directly outside our room that was on all night. The bed was not comfortable. It is cheaper than most hotels in the area, but I've stayed at way nicer and larger accommodations for less.

The size of the room was large.

The fact that the sewage leaked every day, the ice machine ice made me sick, and there were homeless issues in and around the hotel. They don't give you your discounts. They charge you through another company for the room no matter who you booked it under, so they will overcharge you. Yes, and at midnight every night, they would turn off the Wi-Fi. It's supposed to be free Wi-Fi, but they would turn it off at midnight and wouldn't turn it back on to check out.

Price, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, lots of free parking.

Sound - heard the people above us all night. Booked for 4 people but only gave us two wash cloths and three towels.

Overpriced and mediocre hotel, but worked out overall.

No breakfast available. A small pot of coffee available in the morning.

Arrived late after the last hotel canceled my reservation for no reason. Gave the guy a new credit card for the room, but he continued to charge the card on file. Assigned me to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Once in a clean room, the microwave wasn't working properly. Area was super sketchy, prostitute and homeless roaming around. Very noisy as it was located near the freeway.

Worst place to stay.

The only thing good I can say is that it’s near by everything convenient.

The sheets were unsanitary with stains the whole room was falling apart,rusted the staff at the front was not welcoming and a bit rude. They were about to keep my deposit as well I had to ask for my money back. Would never stay here again. Couldn’t even sleep due to so much noise.

The room was so nice and clean, we are the type to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes and all of our wipes came out clean from our room.cant speak for the other rooms I know we were in one of the nicer ones.
