The rooms were disgusting. That flies on the floor, I’m assuming what killed them was the lemon chemical they had poured on the floor supposed to have cleaned it. It was not soundproof at all, so the rodeo ground above us was a bit of a detriment to sleep

Bad experience

The photos on booking.com are beautiful, but when you arrive at the place, you see something completely different.The rooms smell of mold and there are cockroaches. Of the two nights I booked, I could only stay one because the moldy smell was so unpleasant.

It does in a pinch.

Everything we needed was within walking distance of the inn and I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality of the free breakfast, when I was expecting the usual muffins and coffee.

It was obvious that routine maintenance is not a priority here, most of the things we needed were broken or damaged. The washing machine was out of service, half the vending machines were out of service, the room fridge wasn’t very cold but the freezer was unusable because it was completely iced over, I had to preheat the microwave and the turn table did not turn. Mold growing where the wall paper was pealing along a support beam. However we made do. I washed our clothes and dishes in the bathtub before drying them in the inn’s dryer. We bought microwaveable dinners for two/three nights at a time so they wouldn’t go bad, in the not so cold fridge, and I mixed bleach with water and washed the mold spots, so my son (who is highly allergic to mold) didn’t end up in the hospital.

there is nothing to like when it is misrepresentation

starting from reception that done though small window, they didnt let me in to reception after 11pm , the rest just went even worse , unbelievable dirty and stinky place , from cigarette weed and simply dirt ! , gor two rooms there were just disasters wobbling flors dirty wals floors and sofa , see pictures to believe, missing selling parts .... it is at most 2 star motel and not 3 star hotel ....

Wont stay there again

Staff was friendly, close to sports complex

Tv didn’t work the entire time we were there. We did ask someone to come look at it and was told some did come and knocked on the door. We stayed there for a few Hours but we never heard it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close .had to use a suit case to keep it closed That got fixed the 2nd day. Laundry machine was f working.

The entrance door that leads to the rooms were left ajar. The tub foot grips in bathroom were very word which made tub slippery.

Pretty gross. The hallway was dingy and stained. The room was weirdly large and devoid of furniture. As it turns out, that was probably a good thing because the furniture that was there was GROSS! A terrible value.

The location I guess

The place smelled damp, and the hallway carpet was disgusting—it caused most of the odor. The floors in the room were filthy; you couldn’t even walk barefoot. Even though they claimed to do daily cleaning, they never mopped the floors or wiped down any surfaces. The overall cleanliness was awful and made the stay really unpleasant. Breakfast was disappointing—no eggs, just water, waffle batter, yogurt, dry cereal, milk, and coffee. Housekeeping came way too early and didn’t seem to clean properly. I also lost my perfume and makeup palette here, so be careful with your belongings. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Comfortable, great staff, excellent location, but no elevators.

Bed was amazing - VERY comfortable, excellent location, close to everything, amazingly wonderful staff. The property just needs to be updated and a better way to get to the second floor.

There are no elevators. You must take the stairs to get to your room unless you are on the bottom floor. If you have a lot of luggage, that is crucial. The stairway carpet is really dirty, although I could smell there were cleaners used, the pine smell was very strong. Some kind of protein at breakfast would have been nice - all carbs and sugar :(

It was just okay … false advertisement…beach not even near by as advertised

Smell of extremely strong pine sol reeked all over the hallways and in the rooms , was very difficult to breath and sleep thru the night due to strong order. Room temperature was very bad due to ac not working properly.

I asked for downstairs room close to pool as possible to to bad back issues , it was not granted was issued upstairs room without elevator access and had to carry luggage upstairs.

I believe my stay was overpriced for what it offered.

The refrigerator was VERY clean, and beds were very tidy.

I received a suite that reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried calling the front desk to address this but the front desk didn’t answer. Both televisions in the suite did not work. The suite needed deep cleaning( door handles, light switches, stains on walls. I woke up with nausea having to have slept in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast included a grab and go muffin assortment and coffee.

The room was large. The location and the cost was reasonable and the staff were accommodating.

It’s a little worn and definitely needs a makeover. The stained wall paper, I did kill a roach in the bathroom,the access door from the outside was not secure and I just didn’t feel safe, which caused me to secure my door with the nightstand . Also, before checking out I addressed a double charge on my account for the extra night, that posted to my account, initiated by the Hotel not booking.com because I paid through the site.

The location and how close it was to stores and restaurants.

First, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and opened in what smelled like months. The AC unit was off and the room smelled like an old storage, it took a hard push to get the door open to begin with. There were nail clipping in the counter & it was incredibly dusty. We were then given a second room which thankfully was ALOT CLEANER. BUT when the ac unit would turn on, the patio would reek of urine, It must need a cleaning because the stench was so bad I had to buy a smell neutralizer. I did ask them to clean the patio thinking it was the patio that smelled like urine BUT once we turned on the ac unit we realized it was coming from the unit itself. On a much happier note, The staff was great, and the breakfast was nice, simple BUT NICE.

I always have a great stay staff is wonderful they are clean and very accommodating. A all the way. It’s not five star hotel but they make you feel like a five star guest. Thank you all for your hard work

Fine for a quick trip but probably wouldn’t stay again

Room had a really strong chemical scent. The flooring was lifted up indicating water damage and the wall paper was falling off I could hear every movement from the upstairs neighbors and the next door neighbors. Walls were very think so couldn’t sleep well

It was 10-13 minutes from the beach.

The wallpaper was coming off the wall.. The tile was not clean and the beds did not look like they changed the sheets. The air conditioner did not work properly so the room was warm the whole time. Lastly, the breakfast was waffles, apples, & activia yogurt.

Filthy facility! Urine odor in the building. Rooms and floors look outdated.Broken AC vent,cracked soap holder in bath tub.Wallpaper in rooms look so old. Was informed by staff that their manager does not want bread included in the breakfast selection.Staff are nice but management seems to not care about this place at all.

Fine for a one night in and out stay. But not worth $150.00

The lobby was nice enough. Large room. The staff was very friendly.

The halls felt and looked dirty. The glass entry doors were smeared with dirty hand prints. The wall paper was old and tearing off both in the halls and in the room we were in. The noise was not the fault of the hotel but there were rude people who thought the hallway was a gathering space until late hours.
