It was an okay stay because I did get an early check-in and a half hour later check-out.

Not so much but the personnel was very friendly and helpful with my questions.

The size of the room, no refrigerator, no microwave, the shower facilities (the curtain was broken), no coffee maker except for having to go to the lobby (but I brought my own coffee maker), have problems with use of the TV/Remote, the pool area (especially the chairs was dirty and the pool was dirty), there were people working on their cars in the back of the motel and playing loud music and the TRAFFIC NOISE was terrible even using ear plugs. Way too much noise on the backside of the motel.

I wouldn’t mind paying a little more anywhere else.

It was close to Legoland.

It was dirty, smelled like marijuana and cigarettes, trash overfilled. The bathroom shower was pancaked to the shower and made a loud sticky noise. The room smelled and was moldy. The freeway noise affects these rooms. The front desk woman was extremely nice and deserves a raise. My husband didn’t seem to mind it.

Location was good, AC was powerful!

Beds were crazy hard and the springs were loud. The smoke detector was gone and there was just a hole in the ceiling. I’m not sure if none of the rooms have phones but mine looked like it had been stolen. Also it says cable tv but every single channel was statically like you were using an antenna.

There was literal feces smeared on the toilet seat when I checked into my room, and the next room they moved me into was dirty too. Hair and scum in the shower.

Beds extremely uncomfortable. Not sure the sheets were clean because there was long hair on them. The only extras were toilet paper, towels, and the smallest soap bar ( had to go buy soap to take shower because the bar was not enough for more than half a shower ). The room was too small for 2 beds. The beds are against wall. It’s a bit overpriced.

Not a Good Experience!

The location was good. Close to food and retail stores. Right off the freeway exit. The front desk attendant was very nice, understanding and did nothing wrong in this situation.

After checking in and arriving to our room, once I closed the door behind me a small roach crawled down the door into the peephole and then crawled all the way down the door until I killed it. My wife and I immediately left the room, asked the front desk to check us out and refund our money. She was very helpful and did what she could for the refund.
