Nice retreat

Amazing territory, close to Lego Land, spacious rooms. Amazin restaurant with $15 off card provided

Noises from the fridge (or elevator, not sure), wasn't able to sleep until 2AM. Requested "quiet room" but got this issues instead. In the morning room service is starting to knock the doors at 8:30, so you can't sleep well...

Prices as a luxury hotel, comfort of a 1 1/2 start Hotel

It is super close to Lego Land and that's what we were looking for.

Booked a balcony room got a ground floor room. Guests upstairs were super loud and made us wake up at 6am due to excessive running in the room. Rooms are very basic and not the cleanest. For what they charge absolutely not worth it. Parking over priced the only good thing was that it's right next to Lego Land.

The bed was comfortable, and the valet guys were awesome 👌. Great view.

The shower knob came off several times. There is no water pressure. Could hear people running up and down the halls all night and day, making it very hard to sleep.

The rates didn't match my expectations.

Crowded pool/spa, small room with a view of the rooftops and a very high room rate which didn't match the other hotels. Also, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and I had to call room service to get one.

The best place to share some time and feel welcomed by the staff who go above and beyond to accommodate your stay.

I loved the staff, everyone did their best to accommodate our one day getaway. One of the best choices for a comfortable, enjoyable, welcoming and peaceful nights sleep. The staff truly enjoys making sure everything is perfect. Thank you Rachel, Ms. Jennifer, everyone in the Spa, the Inroom dining staff, valet, and front desk.

Honestly, the only thing to complain about is that we did not stay longer.

no service, broken thermostat and refrigerator, leaky shower, terrible sound proofing, no room cleaning, very late check in and room not ready, charged for parking, with no car, and security took over an hour to respond to party next door with three calls to front desk in the middle of the night

It’s nice hotel but I feel staff can be trained little bit better especially those who stands in the

Hotel (The lobby, the room, restaurant and pool) is very clean. Food and restaurant service was wonderful. All waiters were very, very nice. We had a really nice staff assisted us to check in but another staff was not so nice when we check out.

I like beds at Westin in general but this time I felt the bed was little bit worn out. The long hall way seems very dark and moist. When I approached the entrance door, even there were few valet people were standing there no one say anything. When I walked in the hotel, there were three check in counters were open, no one says anything. I had a suitcase with me. They should know I am check in the hotel. Can they say ‘Welcome to Westin’???
