Room was nice, my 9 yo loved it. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room service food... a kid's hamburger that a bad McDonald's kid's burger will beat any day and low end fries cost $26 plus, seriously. I don't expect low prices but at least provide quality food. The treasure chest would not open when the numbers were input but the front desk did provide the prize for us so all good.
Otherwise all else was good.

Location and theme were great. Breakfast was ok but repetitive. Bunk beds for children and the Lego prizes and models. Features such as light up and sparkle and interactive questions were great. The free laundry!
The teenage staff in the restaurant were inattentive and caught up in their private squabbles over which table they were serving and loudly discussing their previous evening escapades regarding losing their AirPods!
The teenage lifeguards around the castle hotel pool were surly, sullen and at times quite intimidating bordering on aggressive stalking the pool. Why are they wearing mirror sun glasses at a kids pool!
We paid around £2000 and weren’t made to feel valued as guests
