I wish they would have more coffee shops and ice cream places with extended hours

Half of the third floor was under construction , dust everywhere.

Good great pool great too bad the early access to Lego land did not allow early ride access.
For kids up to 7 -8 my grandson too old for rides.

My husband and I (grandparents) stayed at the Castle Hotel in a Wizard room. The hotel staff was able to accommodate the family with rooms that were next door to each other. This was great because the grandkids could come out and stay with us. The occasion was a 4 year old’s birthday. We had his sibling and a cousin who were just under 2. The walk to LEGOLAND was easy even for returning after a long day.
From a value perspective the hotel rate should include admission to the park. The rooms are expensive.
I would advise if you can afford it, and for the entire experience wait until the child is older and more likely to remember the experience. Our 4 year old was not quite ready for top bunk bed but enjoyed the box of legos. The decor is great. It would be nice, even within the themed rooms to have an option for adults only. The breakfast was good standard for buffets but have the restaurant and ability to get made to order in the same location is good. Dinner was also good and offered variety.
The fitness center could be better considering the price.

rooms were clean and although the room safe was not functioning well, the maintenance man came back to repair & finally changed it out so we had a functioning one. it was hard adjust the thermostat to quickly get the room temperature just right ( but we were pretty much in the room just to sleep)

Playset right there. Very nice playset. Movie with couches to relax. Magic show in the evening.
The treasure hunt was awesome.
Elevators were awesome.
Some of the “games” organized by staff could have been better.

Very nice themed hotel. Very clean and well cared for. They thought of everything, except rainy day options.
Include a few more options for school age kids. Lots for young ones but not much for 9 and above. Evening activities were canceled due to rain so some indoor alternatives would have been nice.

The property is so cool! It was perfect for my boys (7 - turned 7 celebrated at Legoland - and 2). It was fun.. it was playful.. there was entertainment! It was great! All of the staff we encountered were super happy and friendly! We loved the dance elevator.. it was our favorite!
The room we stayed in (2008) had a funky smell to it. It seemed like it was penetrated in the carpet. I think it needs to be deep cleaned or the carpet taken out. Also.. the shower was terrible. It was hard to pull the little lever up to get water to come out of the shower head and then once it did.. the pressure was so so low.

The room, the lobby with legos for the kids to play with.
They did not notify us that the restaurant Buffett dinner we booked and paid for would not be open. So we had to go to the Castle and it was not that great

Proximity to the entrance but didn’t make any sense to open 9:30 and when the park doesn’t open til 10 am so it was worst than going there later because we had to wait in a crowd to get in.
Outdated facilities, mostly broken arcade games, and uncomfortable beds that even my kids complained.

Everything about the entire experience! It was amazing from beginning to end. However, the hotel is pricey.
The cost of the room for 1 night.

The staffs are helpful, its walking distance to legoland like literally outside the hotel, breakfast comes with the hotel and they are good. This hotel is perfect for my 3 year old son, we really enjoyed the disco elevator. They also have disco night for kids between 6:30 to 8, that was so fun! They the check in area had a nice playgroud full of lego my son really enjoyed it. They also have story time. If you have many kids, they have extra room (double bed) for them like separate area. Inside have some lego toys too they can play. Overall experiece was nice, my son who celebrated his birthday enjoyed it.
The hotel (main) is old, theres a smell as soon as you enter the floor and bedrooms but its not terrible. You also have to make reservation to eat for breakfast, we just appeared the first time coz we are used doing that to other hotels but in here u need reservation, thankfully they are really accomodating and tried to get us in for breakfast.

The room was decorated so fun, especially for our grandchildren (6 & 7 yo). The pool was close to our room and the kids loved playing with the big pool Lego blocks. It's such a smart idea to have Lego play stations in the hotel lobby and the restaurants. It makes wait times much more enjoyable for the kids. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. That alone, insures our return!
Hmm, I can't come up with anything.

The breakfast was just okay. The kids did not mind. Website says omelet bar there was no omelet bar. Service of fake eggs, and I don't believe the bacon was actual bacon either. Okay for kids, adults could pass. We took extra fruit from breakfast and the kids snacked on it throughout the park.

We liked the pool with the floating Lego bricks, and the different outdoor activities and entertainment for kids. The pool, and restaurant associates were very friendly and helpful. The theme Lego room is always a plus, and of course the treasure hunt.
Room was dusty (shelves over bed, top of chairs, and around the kids tv). The curtains in the kids bunkbed area were full of dust. The front desk associate’s demeanor changed after I declined upgrading for an additional fee. I had to ask questions instead of him giving me the information (parking, room number, treasure hunt). When I asked for the room number he said I texted it to you, but never actually gave me the info. I understand kiosks and automated check in makes things easier, but good customer service is always superior. The restaurant food was ok. Not really worth the prices. Portions are too small compared to local restaurants around the area.

The property was beautiful- it was obvious there was an amazing amount of effort put into detail, color, & commitment to theme.
The park & legoland hotel as a whole could have been cleaner. There was a lot of trash on the ground, overflowing trashcans & dirty bathrooms. This property has a major bee problem which is concerning considering many people are allergic to bee stings. They were swarming in various areas of the property, even in some of the ride line areas where you have no choice but to stand in place while they land all over you. The majority of them were in eating areas, it was very frustrating as i have 4 small children & we spent all of our meals listening to them scream in fear of the bees, as if the insanely overpriced food but bland food was a hard enough hit on our moods alone. The staff here is deplorable. For the price you have to pay to be here, the staff could be friendlier & more helpful at the LEAST. We spent our entire vacation dealing with snotty & rude attitude from tons of mouthy employees. They also aren’t all on the same page about all the park rules. We were on our way to the waterpark when we decided to go on a few rides beforehand. We all had on swim suits w/ no cover ups & the employees never said anything. Then later on in the day, the employee who was stationed at the exit gate of the water park stopped us & said we couldn’t leave the water park area unless we had real clothes on. I explained that nobody else had said anything to us or stopped us, they just shrugged. The lifeguards here are also on a very weird power trip. They are way over the top- unless kids were hardly splashing around, they were yelling & blowing their whistles. This place will definitely break your bank & with the way the staff treats their guests, it’s simply not worth it. We’ll be sticking to Disney!

We loved the location and the themed rooms. The kids loved it, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Everything is on a QR code, it's hard to figure out where to get reservations for eating at the restaurant on site, even to order room service it was not convenient. We also got back from when the park closed and several options to eat were closed. We even wanted to get a drink ( wine) at the lounge and they had one guy at the bar, and he wanted on a break and there was no coverage? We ate at the skyline restaurant and it took a while to get our drinks and then they forgot one of our dinners and 20 minutes after the rest of us got our orders, she still didn't have hers.

Kid liked the room, the design was pretty good.
It seems the staff was not in the happy mood that day when we tried to check in. The time we checked in was about 4:30 pm, 1.5 hour later than promised checkin time! He just told us the room was not ready and we needed to wait for some time. Very uncomfortable conversation.. I remembered our deal included the breakfast, but he told us the breakfast was buffet and we needed to reserve and pay (perhaps I was wrong about the deal).

We just love the decor. It is so festive. We really liked the dance party every time you went into the elevator. We enjoyed going to the Skyline Cafe for lunch and dinner. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.
The carpets in the lobby area and going towards Bricks were a little worse for wear. They had bubbling. Perhaps a carpet refresh would be good.

Hotel is a complete RIP OFF, could have stayed at a four seasons at this price point …. Haven’t updated this hotel in 30 years? $600/ night?!?! What a joke.
Everything.

The location is unbeatable - you walk right out of the hotel and into the park. Super convenient, especially with kids.
For the daily hotel rate we paid, parking should absolutely be included. Also, when we first entered our room, there was a cleaning rag on the floor and some used plastic bags left in the drawers, which was disappointing. The room also felt very dark, and the top bunk was wobbly, which made the child on the bottom bunk a bit uneasy. Despite those things, we still had a fun stay. But for the cost, we expected a bit more attention to detail and comfort.

Loved the wizard service. Hotel parking was convenient. Love the location next to the park. Pool and pool staff were great. Breakfast buffet was very good. The kids lived the scavenger hunt and the complimentary lego.
Arcade out of service. Pool closes too early. I upgraded the room to a Ninjago and honestly think the $64 were not worth it. The rest of my family stayed at Adventure 3rd floor great location and I was “ upgraded” for an extra fee to the last room of the hall, nothing special, no view. Would not upgrade again. Those $64 hurt. Wish I could have a refund. Couldn’t pay deposit with my preferred card because Lobby doesn’t take apple pay. Not usual for such big business in 2025.
