Love the set up & decor truly a castle
We waited for our room to be ready by 4pm & we were abke to get to our room almost 6pm. However, they give us $100 credit/ room for use in the hotel We paid $27 dollars for late check out at noon😮‍💨

The hotel staff and hotel were excellent. The hotel was clean, easy to access, tons of activities for the kids, close access to good food, friendly hotel staff and everyone was so accommodating. I absolutely loved my stay and hope to stay longer next time.

The rooms were beautiful and the disco elevator ride was an awesome the kiddos and myself lol
The charged me twice for the room and also tried charging me twice for parking :(
