Great experience and thought of everything through kids eyes
How expensive the food and drinks were with minimal options.

The property is beautiful. Very engaging and child centered.
We booked four rooms under one reservation. Two of the rooms were not ready at 4. (We’d checked in at 9 a.m. and were assigned rooms at that time, so for 7 hours they knew those rooms needed to be ready) At 4:30 another room was ready with the last room not ready until 5.

Location, Lego theming.
Customer service, both pool and restaurant were closed. Lack of communication.
