Aquamarine Villas

Great location and clean comfortable rooms. Very good if you want to chill and relax and not just visit places. Kitchen was a big highlight, all needed stuff were there. Spacious for the price paid

Less checkin times and front desk staff not that friendly. Garage and property not easy to find, less signboards make locating property difficult in night. Once checkin not a problem though. No restaurant or Walmart type nearby.

The villa was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! I liked that only guests could access the property and it was super inviting.

I don’t have anything I didn’t like about the property. My only complaint is how black our feet got while walking barefoot on the Villa.

Close to the beach!! Cute coffee shop right next door!! Spacious and clean!! Perfect for our family of 5 soon to be 6!! Will return again!

Staff was rude(female working desk) key card not working for front entrance, staff said no maintenance till Friday to fix it. When you opened the refrigerator door the squeaking was ear piercing. Was harrassed about my service animal telling me he couldn't walk on their property. Morning of checkout, keycard stopped working at 915am. Unable to get back in rm. Went to the front desk and she said "oh its because checkout out is 10am". I told her its not even 10am and also my paperwork said 11am check out. She goes on to tell me I booked with a third party and they got it wrong and also told me the checkout time is on the key card envelope. I checked the key card envelope and you can clearing see its say 11am and they changed it in pen to 10am. Again its only 920am. I told her I need the card reactivated so I can get my belongings out of the rm and able to get in and out of the gates. I then go and attempt to get my belongings, by now the maid has put her big bag of laundry/cleaners right in front of my rm door that now I have to walk over. At 10:05 I went back to the desk and let the lady know her maid blocked the door of my rm and that we need another 20 or 30 minutes to get our belongings out. She said I could only have till 1030am then I would be charged an extra day. I gave her the remote and key card and told her we have everything outside the rm but still have to be able to get in and out the gate to load the vehicle. And i was going to prop the gate open. I then asked for the invoice receipt she told me they can't give me one. I told her everytime ive been to this hotel and others I've always had a receipt printed. She refused saying they don't do that! This hotel has been a favorite of my family and friends for several years. We were there for 4 nights to spread some of my sons ashes at his favorite beach spot (my son was murdered) so this was already a hard time for us then to be treated like trash by staff was my tipping point!

Very spacious and great location! Only steps from the coast.

Amazing view! The staff was polite and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the fireplace amenity
