Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Open sea views. This attractive detached ‘long house’ is situated in the small crofting community of Feriniquarrie, near Glendale on the Isle of Skye. All on the ground floor, you can relax in the front of the wood burner in the living room. The kitchen/dining room is well-equipped should you wish to make an evening meal or lunchtime snack. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite facilities, and a single bedroom. The family bathroom completes the picture.
The property is only a 5-minute walk from the shore where you can perhaps catch sight of otters and many species of bird life. It enjoys views across the surrounding croftland to the waters of Loch Pooltiel (sea loch), and makes the perfect holiday base for exploring this beautiful island. Alternatively, sit outside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and the magnificent sunsets.
