Sea Front Cottage

The location is terrific, Uig is small so easy to get around. Lots of comfortable space for our group. The house had everything we needed and the host was easy to work with.

It needs a little exterior TLC , curb appeal. Some paint and yard clean up.

Second toilet in the upstairs had the window broken.

Location was convenient and house was clean and cute.

Fridge was in the living room.

Great locarion.

Front of cottage not inviting. needs painting and a gardener to come in and work on making this an enjoyable front garden that you would want to sit in. Interior needs a repaint on all woodwork. looks half finished. 80% of downlights in second tv room don't work. Shower room needs a new blind and radiator needs a repaint as is rusting. Also needs a repaint. Interior doors need replacing as they remind me of a miniciple building used for administrative/public services. Furniture looks cheap and each room is not comprehensively furnished. There was no wardrobe in the upstairs double bed. Two dining room chair is broken. Laminated flooring looks cheap. Utility room looks like it has been forgotten about and needs a complete refurb and redecorating. No pictures on the wall and walls need a fresh lick of paint. No standing lamps in living rooms. Cottage does not resemble the photos in the booking.com advertisment. Musty smell when we arrived. Cottage does not feel invested in and somewhat looked after on the cheap. Reminds me of a MOH that is rented out to students or young professionals who need to live in London on a starting salary.
