About this house rental
"In the village of Stara Mokosica is located this beautiful semi-detached house that is ideal for two or three families. This villa gets a very special charm from its rock gardens, with numerous flowers and plants, which extend from the terrace to the swimming pool. The house consists of a large living room and kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. At your disposal are several balconies with views of the sea. While you enjoy your family dinner on the covered terrace, the children can swim in the swimming pool and then sunbathe on the deck chairs.
By the pool is available a summer kitchen with a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The promenade by the river Ombla is ideal for morning or evening jogging or cycling, also near the house there are marked hiking trails. The owners are at your disposal and are ready to arrange dinners with local specialties as well as provide you with information about excursion destinations. Dubrovnik is a few minutes away by car, from the nearby bus stop there is also a bus every 10-15 minutes to the old town of Dubrovnik. Visit the world famous old town of Dubrovnik."

The house is set up perfectly for a party of 10 to 12 people. There are many spaces where people can be together or apart. The pool is refreshing. It is not heated. The property has a family of turtles that live on it which make the house even more quaint. The host has friends that can provide an authentic boat tour that you won’t get from booking an attraction. He is present on the property and helpful with any needs once you are on site. His English is very good. Responding to messages in advance may not be as communicative as once you arrive but you should not worry because he handles everything you will need. We stayed for 2 weeks and arrived in cold rainy weather and left in high 80s weather and the house was great through it all.

Fantastic place to stay for group of friends or families. Villa well laid out to spend together or own space. Outside kitchen not used but pool absolutely essential and kept the children very happy. We also used the kayaks out on the inlet most days
We booked this villa thinking it had full air conditioning, however several rooms only had portable fans. Although these helped it was still uncomfortable at night time

The Villa was lovely and the back yard with a pool was perfect for our family of 10 for a warm week in July. The en-suite bedrooms with A/C were very comfortable. The hosts were so helpful with all our questions- the location was right near a bus line to get to downtown with no transfers which was a nice change being in a suburb at the end of our journey. They welcomed us to the property and were always available to answer questions, make restaurant reservations or how to find grocery store near by. They have lots of connections for wonderful island tours that they can set up. Thee property even had pet turtles which our grand daughters loved feeding.

As a three family stay we thoroughly enjoy our time here. The house is immaculate with everything you need for a home from home stay. The pool and external areas are perfect and maintained to the highest standard. The children loved the pool and the kayaks were on site to use. We also enjoyed the bikes provided. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again.
