This place has potential but feels a bit neglected.

The location has a nice view over the city.

There was no curtain or blind to cover the main window at night for privacy and in the morning when the summer sun came shining in. We eventually found there was a blind sitting on top of the wardrobe, but we couldn’t install it. There were several other small maintenance issues that needed to be fixed, such as a nonfunctional microwave.

A really enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik with this apartment being very well located and very good.

No breakfast included. However location was perfect for eating with a wide variety of attractive restaurants only a very short walking distance away. In my opinion it would be futile for the Apartment owner to try to match that joy of being in Old Town. We were here in October which I think is shoulder season so securing seats for breakfast was easy.

Amazing location. Lovely views across the old town. Nice size property.

Gas stove not working. Lots of minor repairs needed (missing blind at main window, shower rail needs fixing to wall, light above bed not working). Double bed is a single day bed with its occasional bed alongside. Very uncomfortable mattress. Most utensils in kitchen needed washing before using.

Lovely light filled apartment with wonderful views over the rooftops. The stairs from the street to the apartment and then up another 2 flights once inside are well worth the effort if you can manage your bags. Great location in the old town close to many restaurants and cafes and the main strip. We arrived late and let ourselves in via a keypad at the door. If you stay here and coming from the Ploce Gate where the shuttle and taxis drop off, minimise the stairs en route by going via the Bura Bistro Wine and Cocktail bar - save this detail if you book. I wish I had known before we went, it would have saved lugging our bags up more stairs than we had to!

Great communication via WhatApps. I'd like to suggest including details on best route to reach the apartment in order to minimise the number of stairs. We discovered a much better route to the apartment than Google maps suggested after we had been there for a few days - we wish we had been told good instructions before we arrived with our 20kg bags which we lugged up many more stairs than we needed to if we had know about the route that goes past the Bura Bistro.

Need good knees

The location for all the sights in old town. Views spectacular. The shower cubicle is very small. I called it the Tardus. LoL

Stairs, but that was to be expected. Highly recommend checking closely to ensure you are up for it. Remember you go up up up to the apartment, then we had another 4 floors to the top. We hired a porter service and it was the best money spent. Also we wanted 2 beds, so settled for a sofa bed, but no linen for it. In Europe you pay extra for using the sofa bed. That needs to be clearer. Again, another apartment with no plugs for handbasin.

Breathtaking views of Dubrovnik Old Town, Perfect location, Host was very Accomadating. The apartment was perfect for our needs and so central. The views from the Balcony were INCREDIBLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

The city is in the heart of the old town, all the sites are very close, good choice of restaurants, nice view from the window, the A/C was working good, the shower flow was sufficient

Stairs So.Many. Stairs

It's close to everything and the apartment is arranged very well. Instructions were clear, except there's a 2 on the street door, and I was looking for a 3, which was the number inside. The bed was so comfy!! Only 2 pillows, but still great. AC worked great! Check the hot water when you check in. someone had turned it off and we didn't notice until shower time. But it heats up fast! Management was very responsive when an upstairs toddler neighbor was running laps at 5 AM.

There are no handrails! There's plenty of width, so I don't know why they've never been added. The stairs are a lot, about 100 from the bottom of the block. Be prepared. A €20 trip to a hardware store would be great. more towel racks or hooks. It sleeps 4 and I cannot imagine how you would do it.

Dated apartment in fantastic position, excellent view!

Fantastic location right in centre of old town, balcony looking right over town and up to Mt Srd, great day and night views. Very clean.

Dated 90s interiors, bed could be better, (converted ikea daybed). Great to have a washing machine but tricky to figure its use out! While obvious to say lots of steps, you need to be mobile with manageable bags to walk steps to the property then the 3 flight of stairs to apartment once there.

The apartment was good, we had an issue with the shower flooding but apart from that it was very comfortable and in a good location. The owner was very easy to communicate with but please if you have mobility issues think carefully about where you stay in Dubrovnik as many steps.

Lovely place, great architecture and history

Location was good, room was clean and the host was very attentive and helpful. Good internet and the bed was comfortable

I guess our mistake, but from seeing the pictures when we booked we were expecting a room with a small balcony. We were in the downstairs room which doesn't have a great view, and unfortunately got quite a lot of noise from the people who were staying above. Part and parcel of staying in town house accommodation I guess - Try and insist on the top floor room for your stay.

Close to everything, bars, Restaurants and shops. Perfect for a short stay. There are a few stairs...but that is normal in Dubrovnik. Contact with Maria upon stay, great/helpful communication. Air-conditioned, view of the mountain from room.

it’s been a ling time that i had sucj a good experience! everything was just perfect! the owners are very helpful and nice people. the place is cozy, clean, kitchen is fully equipped, the view from the balcony is breathtaking! location 10/10, is in the heart of the oldtown, 5 minutes walk from little beach. there were absolutely nothing to be wory about. thank you very much, we had wonderful time at your place 🥰

We got there really late with children and he pick us up in the main Gate. Help us all over the way and set all up for us to get in and rest.

Inside the city you need to be prepare for stars. But we dis well with 2 small children.

Great location in the center of old city.

It would have been great not to have to wait for the host to obtain the keys. We were asked a few times the exact arrival time, that we have provided but still had to wait for the host. Also do not forget your headphones as you will hear all the moves that other guests are making in their apartments.
