Location was excellent.
Probably the stairs inside, very steep, but manageable- just took our time going up and down.

The location and it was quiet.
People seemed to use our doorstep as a smoking area, leaving dirty ashtrays on the steps to out apartment. Also, it listed a terrace opening onto a courtyard, but that was a bit misleading. It was just the steps to our apartment next to the bathrooms for the restaurant and the laundry room.

Nice location. Close to everything. The flat is clean and comfortable.
The stairs to the bedroom is a bit steep but nothing can be done about that. The water temperature in the shower can be a bit warmer if possible.
