Estepona Gem

Excellent location, cleanliness of apartment, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Ease of check-in and a very responsive property management.

Noise from the rental unit above, the worst of which was a dog barking and howling for 6 hours one night until 1:30 am. This was outside the control of the management company, and they did make contact with the owner of the apartment to inform them of the disruption. It would have been helpful to have user manuals in English to operate the dishwasher, stove/oven and washer. Traveling from Canada, the European appliances are much different from what we are used to and the symbols are not intuitive.

Wonderful stay

We had a perfect stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped (air conditioning, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). The location is excellent, very close to everything (beach, restaurants, supermarkets…). The neighborhood feels completely safe. The host was responsive and kind. Everything matched the photos exactly. We are very satisfied and if we come back to Estepona, we will definitely book it again without hesitation.

The only downside is that there is no free parking in the area

Exceptional apartment, perfect location, very responsive staff.

The apartment is perfectly located in the old town of Estepona and is close to everything: beach, restaurants, supermarket. - Our family of 5 had plenty of space in 2 bedrooms and the livingroom with sofa bed. 2 showers, 3 toilets and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable. - Using the code to enter the apartment was just perfect for mobility. Keys were provided too but we didn’t use them. - Car access is restricted in the area (except service cars) making the street less noisy and safer for small children. There is an underground parking at walking distance. - The apartment photos on Booking are accurate. The street images on Google Maps are not up to date, the street is much nicer now without cars (see my photos). - The staff is nice and very responsive. Communication was easy and clear. One cleaning service was offered during our 12 days stay (no extra charge). * the welcome pack contained few coffee capsules. We highly appreciated this nice gesture upon our arrival after a long trip.

The small balcony is decorative, but this we knew upfront and it didn’t bother us. - The double bed has 2 mattresses and the one on top is strangely smaller than the one on bottom, but we slept very well regardless. - The dog from the downstairs apartment kept barking one evening. We contacted the agency and they talked to the owner. There was no problem after that.

Fabulous location and lovely modern apartment.

Superb location and good value. Great for two couples as two bathrooms and additional small bathroom. Facilities were excellent and air con was efficient and above all quiet.

Fairly long distance between key collection point and apartment. Would have appreciated this to be made a bit clearer.

Orienteering game - running around the city and searching for keys

Appartment was very nice and location was perfect, but... it took us half an hour to get from the bus station to the apartment with our suitcases. However, upon arrival, we found out that the keys were left in some office, which we would reach after another half an hour (we were without a car)! It was the most challenging key retrieval I have ever experienced. Long key pick-up instructions, large distances between the apartment and the box where the keys were hidden. If I rate the apartment 10, the key retrieval experience is a 4. And that's the only—but very important—aspect.

It took us half an hour to get from the bus station to the apartment with our suitcases. Estepona en familia

El departamento es más amplio de lo que se ve en las imágenes, es cómodo y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de restoranes. Tenían souvenir con elementos para la ducha.

Nosotros íbamos en autos y el retiro de las llaves no fue algo tan complicado, pero el tener que retirarlas en otro sitio hace que no sea tan expedito.

Apartamentul este situat in centrul istoric al Esteponei, aproape de plaja La Rada, de restaurante si magazine alimentare. O locatie foarte buna! Este la cca 30 minute de mers pe jos de Autogara Estepona care este denumita Estacion de Autobuses si care este la Palatul de Congrese al orasului. De acolo se poate lua autobuzul 79 pana foarte aproape de apartament si autobuzul catre aeroportul Malaga. Curatenia a fost impecabila la sosire, iar la o saptamana (noi stand 2), s-a facut o reimprospatare. Lenjerii si prosoape noi, impecabile si in cantitate suficienta. Gazda foarte de ajutor, ne-a raspuns foarte prompt. Aere conditionate in fiecare camera. 3 bai, cate una in fiecare dormitor si una separata (doar toaleta, fara cada/dus).

Ne-am simtit foarte bine! Multumim gazdei pentru promptitudine in tot ce am solicitat. Daca ar fi sa recomandam ceva ar fi: - macar pentru sejururi mai lungi, ca al nostru (2 saptamani), sa existe in apartament cateva alimente de baza - sare, piper, un strop de zahar ca sa nu trebuiasca cumparate imediat ce ajungi - un cuier la intrare ar ajuta pentru zilele cand ploua si se vine cu haine ude - apartamentul nu are balcoane, deci uscarea hainelor e mai dificila, trebuind sa se faca in casa. Nu stiu ce sa sugerez aici, doar mentionez

Ráda se vrátím

Skvělá poloha v historické části, všude to bylo blízko, k moři , obchody, restaurace a bary. Pohodlné a čisté, po 5 ti dnech nám uklidili a převlékli postele a vyměnili ručníky. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Trochu horší zvuková izolace od ostatních bytů ale není to nic zásadního
