Excellent location, cleanliness of apartment, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Ease of check-in and a very responsive property management.
Noise from the rental unit above, the worst of which was a dog barking and howling for 6 hours one night until 1:30 am. This was outside the control of the management company, and they did make contact with the owner of the apartment to inform them of the disruption.
It would have been helpful to have user manuals in English to operate the dishwasher, stove/oven and washer. Traveling from Canada, the European appliances are much different from what we are used to and the symbols are not intuitive.

In the heart of the city. Exceptional property in prime location. Steps from the beach and all the restaurants you can desire. Staff was excellent and accommodating. We extended our stay a night and they made the process simple. Look forward to coming back next year.

We had a perfect stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped (air conditioning, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). The location is excellent, very close to everything (beach, restaurants, supermarkets…). The neighborhood feels completely safe. The host was responsive and kind. Everything matched the photos exactly. We are very satisfied and if we come back to Estepona, we will definitely book it again without hesitation.
The only downside is that there is no free parking in the area
