Great location and excellent apartment

Loved the location and beds were super comfortable. PLenty of room for 2 of us with 3 bedrooms.

Wish I had known the balcony was on the shady side as it was too cold to use even on a sunny day. Would have liked a few more things in the kitchen (better quality frying pan and colander) but we like to cook so probably use more things than a normal guest.

Comfort and space in old town

Apartment is in a great location, central to everything. It's very spacious and comfortable, much larger than most apartments in the old town (and I've stayed in many). It's actually better than the photos. Very nicely furnished and super comfy beds, which is a rare find! Nothing was missing, everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. We stayed 6 weeks. Thankyou very much!

Some issues with the electrics, which disrupted the holiday slightly. The owner was very responsive and quick to sort out. Although soundproofed from the street below, there was some noise from neighbour clumping about in apartment above. It doesn't get any direct sun, so was cold. (Would be a benefit in the summer). Overall, I would definitely recommend and repeat.

Might be a scam . Avoid

Owner cancelled last minute. Refused to take responsibility. Then contacted Booking.com and lied and said they had paid for alternative accommodation . Still have not been compensated

We had a wonderful holiday, perfect location and perfect apartment.

The location was perfect. The apartment is located in the old town, surrounded by beautiful squares, shops and restaurants. The beach is just a stone’s throw from the beach. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Both our host, Indy and Isabel were available at all times should we need any assistance.

There is nothing that we did not like about the apartment. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends and family.

It was very good, but I thought rather expensive compared to other places we stayed in Spain.

The apartment was generally comfortable and the owners were great with communication. There are some repairs that need to be made to the bathrooms, but otherwise the apt. was good.

We had a fantastic time in Estepona and having such a lovely apartment really made our stay fabulous

This apartment was in an excellent central location, just 2 minutes from the prom and beach, very comfortable and spacious and had great facilities for cooking, cleaning, even had kitchen stuff like washing up liquid and cloths, plenty of linen and towels, everything to keep the place clean and tidy during our stay. The host was very helpful with our questions regarding the television. It had everything needed for cooking as well as a lovely balcony. Would highly recommend this place to stay and will be back next time I visit Estepona.

Hard to say really except the balcony didn't get direct sun but probably would at a different time of the year.

Nos gustó todo, aunque el propietario podría mejorar el apartamento si pusiera un poco más de empeño

Me gustó la ubicación. La casa está situada directamente en una calle peatonal, en primera línea de playa. Hay bares y restaurantes a poca distancia a pie, lo cual es muy conveniente. El apartamento está limpio y ordenado. Le falta un poco de cariño para renovarlo, pero en general nos gustó. El precio y la comodidad se corresponden entre sí.

No nos gustó que, al llegar a las 16:00 y abrir la puerta con nuestras llaves, encontramos a la propietaria dentro, quien nos pidió que saliéramos a dar una vuelta durante 20 minutos más mientras ella se iba de la casa. Sinceramente, cuando has estado viajando mucho tiempo en coche y sueñas con descansar, no es muy agradable tener que perder tiempo esperando. Además, habíamos avisado que llegaríamos entre las 16:00 y las 17:00, y ella aceptó ese horario. También en las fotos aparecen pequeños frascos de jabón o champú en los baños, pero en realidad no había ninguno. Más bien, en el armario del baño grande había algunos botes medio usados, sin que quedara claro qué contenían. Probablemente los dejaron huéspedes anteriores. En las fotos también vimos una mesa con sillas en el balcón. En realidad, en el balcón no había nada, excepto ropa de cama tendida y un cubo para recoger el agua del aire acondicionado. La propietaria nos pidió que vaciáramos el cubo cada cierto tiempo. Pero lo más desagradable fue el interruptor del baño grande, que estaba cubierto con cinta adhesiva porque hacía chispas al intentar encenderlo. El televisor en el dormitorio grande tampoco funcionaba (aunque eso ya es un detalle menor). El apartamento es ruidoso. Estuvimos en los meses de invierno, pero incluso a altas horas de la noche se oían conversaciones.

Prachtig appartement. Ruim. In nieuwstaat. Alles erop en eraan. Midden in prachtig Estepona.

Geluiden uit de straat komen hard binnen, ook van kefhond overburen, die vanaf half 7 doorgaand blaft. Op balkon veel duiven, die op balkon ernaast wonen.

Fantastisch!

Het appartement is erg groot! Alles was top in orde. De schoonmaakster en de eigenaresse zijn erg behulpzaam. Alles was heel schoon. Ik heb dit appartement nu al aan 2 vrienden geadviseerd. Het ligt heel centraal en voor 3 euro per 24 uur kun je dichtbij parkeren! Om de hoek is het strand en alle restaurant zijn dichtbij.

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Aufteilung. Trotz das es an einer Fußgängerzone liegt mit Geschäften, ist es sehr ruhig. Zentral günstig gelegen, 3 Minuten zum Strand, 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt Carrefour Express. Isabel, die für die Wohnung zuständig ist, hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben z.B. für Restaurants uns Tapas Bars. Sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur jeder Zeit an der Seite. Man kann die Wohnung weiter Empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist das Beste. Mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Estepona.

Pues q el dueño nos dio un código erróneo, q no pudimos entrar antes de las 3 y q ponía parque acuatico y playa privada , parquin y no tiene nada de eso ! Es un piso en buena zona a 6 minutos de la playa, para aparcar complicado 😐 por lo demás 👍 y el precio disparado para una noche

EXCEPCIONAL PARA UNA FAMILIA NUMEROSA

La ubicación excepcional, al lado de la playa y en la calle principal de Estepona, una calle con muchos comercios y restaurantes, muy cerca del centro y de la zona turística. El apartamento está genial, con tres dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, todo muy limpio. Tiene dos aseos amplios y una cocina también bastante amplia. Como digo, todo estaba muy limpio, con muchas toallas a nuestra disposición y ropa de cama, además nos dejaron algo de agua, que se agradece con las altas temperaturas. La forma de coger las llaves, estupenda, pues con el código no tienes que estar esperando.

El apartamento es excepcional, perfecto si el balcón diese a la playa, pero por el precio está súper bien, nada que objetar.
