Location, amazing views of the Puerto, generously proportioned rooms, easy access via the lift.
It is dated, especially the 2 bathrooms. The silicon & grouting needs to be replaced around the bath and the shower screens. New towels are needed too as the ones supplied are small & thin. If the owner wants the kitchen kept clean, for each new booking - supply dishwasher tablets, a new scouring pad, dishcloth and drying up towels. It was cold inside with rainy days and no access to any form of heating. Very cheerless for sitting and relaxing. 😔

Sin duda la ubicación. Frente al puerto y magnificas vistas desde la terraza y la cercanía a la playa. Una gran terraza, piso amplio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para la estancia. También tiene piscina y garaje, lo que le aporta un plus
Mobiliario pasado de moda, sábanas y toallas muy pasadas. Algunas camas no tenían protector de colchón y (como siempre) manchas en los sofás. El aire acondicionado salta por falta de potencia. Una limpieza más profunda no le vendría nada mal.
