Nice apartment, painful organisation

Location, size of the Apartment, facilities

getting the keys was a painful story, getting into the apartment was also quite difficult as the knob was turned down and we couldnt find the codeblock. Organisation was quite painful. Cleaners popped up at 10:30, even though we have checkout at 11:00?! The Price was also listed strsngely. It should have costed 120 €. They cleaning fee was not mentioned. This should be better communicated throught booking/host, as I was unaware of it. Linen of the bed are very thin...

The flat was big and clean and had two bathrooms which was ideal. The location, everything was within walking distance and the parking included in the price.

Minor error whereby the boiler was not connected and this was a set back as we had planned the evening which we had to reorganize. Dated pine furniture.

Good location, clean and with all the things that you may need for your stay. Very good price-quality ratio.

The windows are not isolating the noise from outside. The good thing is that there are no clubs or any source of big noise.

Bien, pero...

La ubicación genial, a dos pasos de la playa. Apartamento amplio para 4 personas y luminoso. Aire acondicionado funciona bien así como el wifi. En general agradable, pero...

Aunque parece que está renovado aún le queda mucho que retocar, como la grifería que está suelta, cocina con muebles a ajustar, ventanas que no ajustan, luces fundidas ... La limpieza es mejorable, sobre todo en la cocina (extractor humos, ciertas esquinas...) y baño (rieles mampara, zona exterior de la taza,...). Canales de TV muy limitados. Aparcamiento a 600 metros. Calle algo ruidosa por la noche (camión basura, gaviotas al amanecer,...). Por último, el método de recoger llaves, descargar maletas, dejar coche, etc.

Buena relación calidad-precio al lado del mar

Lo mejor la ubicación, literalmente a 2 mins de la playa y del paseo. Hay muchos sitios para comer por la zona y el puerto esta a 10 mins andando, súper bien ubicado. El apartamento mucho más amplio de lo que me esperaba y la terracita también. El aire acondicionado una maravilla y los ventiladores de cada habitación genial también, no hemos pasado calor en ningún momento. La cerradura por código que tienen nos gusto mucho, da mucha seguridad ya que si no pones el Pin indicado, el pomo solo gira sin poder abrir la puerta. Se nota que está reformado de hace poquito, está todo muy nuevo! Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Estepona repetiremos seguro!!!

El único pero que tengo es que en la TV no se ve ningún canal principal (telecinco, FDF, Cuatro, etc...) solo están disponibles el 24h y La 1 y 2, pero no fue un gran problema ya que no hemos ido a la playa para ver la tele. También dejaría más papel higiénico, hemos ido 1 semana entera y solo nos dejaron 2 royos. Por el resto todo genial.

La ubicación. La salida del portal, a mano izquierda y tienes la playa. Todo lleno de chiringuitos, un paseo marítimo enorme. La casa es cómoda, tiene wifi y el agua caliente sale con mucho caudal. Aire acondicionado frio/calor en toda la casa. Salón amplio y un sofá muy grande y cómodo.

Las ventanas del apartamento, son muy finas, no cierran bien y no aislan nada del ruido exterior. También que el camión de la basura pase a las 3 de la mañana a recoger el vidrio (2 días) y basura otro día y los borrachos a las tantas a gritos no ayudaron mucho a descansar.

Cerca de la playa

Nos gustó mucho la gestión en general. La posibilidad de hacer el check in de forma online y poder entrar al piso a la hora que hemos podido llegar. Sin restricciones o sobrecargos. La localización del piso es también muy buena, a 1 calle de la playa. Hay un parque infantil muy cerca, sobre el paseo marítimo.

Habían ciertos desperfectos en cuanto a las cisternas (se atascaban). Las camas no eran muy cómodas. No se podía cerrar una de las habitaciones porque la cama sobrepasaba el marco de la puerta. La limpieza de los baños debería ser más profunda. La máquina del aire hacía mucho ruido. El parking está a 5 calles del piso. Nos habría gustado un mensaje en la mesa a modo de recibimiento.
