Communication with Edgar was excellent, he answers very quickly. The location is amazing, every necessity is in a short foot-distance around the apartment and it is close to the center with all the restaurants & bars.
The apartment is really small, but the space is well used.
I was surprised by the additional security deposit, but I got it back after our stay without any issues.
This is not the fault of Edgar, he gave us instructions where to park, but be aware of where you put your car. You can park it 2 (very small) blocks away without any issues inside the white markings.
Just dont put it in Calle Ceuta. The spot seemed fine, others were parking there as well, but all of the cars got a 200€ fine.

The location was exceptional, the apartment was superb and Edgar the host was very helpful. The check in process was seamless. 1 min walk from the beach front and 10 min walk to centre. Would stay here again

Appartement mit guter Ausstattung.
Das Appartement hatte keinen richtigen Balkon, nur Schiebefenster zum Öffnen der Fenster. Bad und Schlafzimmer hatten überhaupt kein Fenster. Das Appartement war insgesamt zu klein. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Treppenhaus renoviert. Dadurch hatte bis in die Abendstunden Baulärm. Der Fahrstuhl war ziemlich klein und ständig durch die Bauarbeiten verdreckt.
