Excellent communication with owner and the check-in person was very helpful - even bringing her personal TV box when we managed to mess up the one in the apartment! Any issues we had (minor) were resolved immediately. Fantastic location with great views. We’ll be back!!

The apartment was overlooking the beach but there was no access as advertised due to the construction going on. We weren't told of this until after the full refund date. The 2nd bathroom was a converted closet I think.

The apartment is in an ideal position for walking into town or the marina (about 10 minutes each). There are two medium sizes supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. There is no vehicular access to the front of the apartment block but the garage is a five minute walk away.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The location was amazing. Right on the beach. A short walk to old town. Amazing restaurants in the square behind the condo. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed 11 nights, a family of four. Nice spatious apartment right next to the beach. Would recommend it for a trip to Estepona.

Apartment was good size and lovely, amazing balcony overlooking beach. Sun stays on the balcony until lunch time. Location is perfect, short walk to port area, short walk to the beautiful old town. Would definitely stay there again. I didn't want to leave!!

Really good apartment location in central Estepona. Three good size bedrooms and master opens onto the balcony as does the lounge. Fantastic frontline view over Avenida to beach. Port was ten minutes walk and old town five to ten minutes also . Property was fully equipped with everything. Fourth floor apartment but there are two lifts. Would highly recommend

Great apartment with fantastic views. Good and open communication both with the owner and the local contact Lydia, who were very supportive and got up in the middle of the night as we arrived at 02:00. We can highly recommend this apartment.

We were a group of 5 ladies, this apartment is so well located being close to the old town with its lovely shops and restaurants and the harbour. Lydia met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and suggested places to see and also eat. Very well equipped with all we needed. It was great to watch the sun come up whilst eating breakfast on the balcony. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment

The unit is looking a little worn , linens are in need of a boost. It comes very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc. There were beach chairs and sun umbrellas available. Having two bathrooms was a bonus although one is extremely small & poorly lit. The communication with the owner Neeum and with the unit manager Lydia was excellent . Lydia met us on arrival & was very helpful. The location is both good and bad. The large patio looks out to the beach which is just across the street so access is wonderful. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverage with ocean views. A market, coffee shops, restaurants are all nearby. It’s in a great walking area. Public transport is easily accessed . Parking for one vehicle is in a nearby garage. The drawback to the location; it’s noisy with constant traffic, rowdy young people out on the streets and the Paseo until the small hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep with windows open! If you are used to a busy urban lifestyle then this would be a non issue. In spite of the above , the unit mostly worked very well for two “ senior” couples from Canada on a lengthy tour in Spain!

Very nice location, quiet neighbourhood, huge balcony with excellent view from it, nice and easy access to the beach. Beach and promenade are wonderful. Apartment has beach chairs and umbrella. Lydia was very helpful in giving us directions to find her place and parking spot. Thank you very much, see you next time!

Stayed for 4 nights in September with friends/family. The location is superb! 5 minute walk to marina with a great variety of restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk to the beautiful centre of Estepona old town. The beach across the road is immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment as the standard was first class and the owner was extremely helpful and flexible with check in/out times. Will definitely be back.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lydia who was very helpful and lovely. On entering the apartment we were stunned by the amazing views, believe me the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Although, the apartment is situated first line by the sea and main road, it was very peaceful. There are lots to do and see near by. We had a lovely break in this beautiful apartment. Thank you !

The property was just as advertised, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bed was very comfortable , and the main bathroom was spacious.

This property was perfect. The view in real life is exactly as in the pics. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. It is located centrally between the old town and the marina. Lots of little bakeries and shops nearby and within walking distance of some amazing restaurants. Special thanks to Neelum and Lydia - they could not have been more helpful. We'll be back!

The apartment is in a nice location, close to the port and old town. If you looking for a beach holiday it's a great location, would stay again.

We stayed in a well equipped, comfortable apartment across from the beach and close to the centre. We were late arriving but Lydia did not mind waiting to let us in. The location was fabulous. Lovely golf courses within Costa del Sol. Lovely little tapas bars, shops open late. A great place to stay. The only problem was noise from construction nearby but hopefully not an ongoing issue. The views over the sea, sunrise and sunset were pretty. I would recommend it.

A very nice apartment in very good location. Every thing you need is in the apartment with a parking space which you need if you have a car. within short walking distance of bars restaurants and beach. Very good communications with Neelum and Lydia. Only Issue was some noise from building work from base of block. But hope to return next year. Thanks

Ideally located with beautiful view of the sea. Pictures are accurate. Lovely “extras” such as puzzles and games for kids (and adults) and a wide selection of English DVDs. 5 minute walk to historic “old town” with many restaurants and quaint winding streets with flowerpots. Estepona is a charming city and Neelum is a wonderful host. Very kind and responsive. Nice apartment, lots of room, great showers, safe and secure building. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Its just as well that the views are spectacular, as the rain meant that quite a lot more time than was anticipated was spent looking at a rainy seascape. The couple of minor problems we had were quickly sorted out by Lydia. We liked the fact that the location seemed to be in a neighbourhood and that we only had a quick walk to two tapas bars, a churreria and bread shop.

We could say a great deal about how much we enjoyed our stay the apartment in Estepona. However, I think the best recommendation from us is the fact that we are booking the property again for next year! But, as this is a review of our stay, we should try and tell you a little of what made our holiday to worthwhile and memorable. Well, this starts with the apartment being situated directly across the road from the beach front. If you enjoy the sand and sea then I would certainly recommend staying here. The views from the 4th floor terrace of the apartment are superb, and just relaxing there in the evening before going out to explore and eat was a joy. You just have the sand and the sea in front of you. It is situated on the sea front in Estepona near all the amenities you need for a good holiday eg: shops, restaurants, banks, bars, the marina, the old town etc. These are all within a short walk of at most ten minutes or so, depending how much of the town you wish to explore. This was a big plus point for us as it meant that everyone could make their own decisions as to what they actually preferred to do on any given day. Previously, we have rented a property outside the town but this meant that one of us had to be the ‘taxi driver’. This is not the case if you stay here as no car is required (there are buses from and to the Malaga airport). Estepona itself is a lovely town and, as not yet, overly commercialised. There is plenty to do and see for all ages and I would recommend it to families. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious enough to cater for all the needs of, in our case, 6 family members and one baby. Everyone was happy throughout our stay. We must say that given our experience we have no had hesitation at all in booking again. Sean, Avril & family

Highly recommended. We have just returned from this lovely apartment on the seafront. It was very central within easy walking distance of the many lovely shops, restaurants and bars in town and the port. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, including the use of sunloungers, parasols etc to use on the beach which was across the road.

L'appartement est très agréable. Propre, spacieux, fonctionnel et surtout bien situé. La vue est époustouflante et la plage à proximité est très propre. Les commerces et restaurants sont nombreux et bien fournis. Cet appartement est idéale pour une famille ou des amis. Je le recommande fortement.

This apartment is finished to a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is bright and clean and feels like new. The new master bed was great. It is deceptively spacious and the photos don't do it justice. The beach is across the road with its many beach bars. It is close to the old town and marina. We preferred the old town and walked in there most nights to have dinner, tapas or drinks in one of the many nice restaurants. Neelum was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole booking process and answered every question promptly. Likewise Lydia was great and was on hand when we needed her to sort out one minor issue. The apartment was spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was wonderful if you were standing on the balcony. The glass surrounding the balcony was so dirty you could not see the nice view when sitting on the patio chairs. We washed one section of glass which took a lot of washing so it had not been done for some time and we had a lovely view through that piece. We had to clean the patio table and chairs and the clothes drier before we could use them. The patio doors needed cleaning so again when sitting down you could not enjoy the view. I appreciate it is early in the season but if you are letting your apartment out it should be cleaned to a acceptable standard inside and out as the big attraction to the apartment is the location and the view. I think the owner should review her cleaning contract to ensure she doesn't disappoint more guests during the holiday season. Having said all that we enjoyed staying in the apartment and had a lovely time in Esteponia and the surrounding area and the local buses were very good and we ate at some nice restaurants in town and in the marina.

We enjoyed taking part in the evening paseo along the waterfront. Easy walking to the marina or to the old town. Apartment was roomy and bright. Felt safe everywhere.

Definitely will return to a fantastic apartment in a great location. Estepona is a beautiful town and we'll worth a visit.

Estepona is a lovely town and the views from the apartment were stunning. The apartment was very roomy and it was nice to have a separate kitchen. In the kitchen, there was everything you would need and a plentiful stock of crockery and glasses. The bread shop is just round the corner with fresh baguettes available into the evening. There are two supermarkets and a butchers close by and several cafe/tapas bars (even in January!) Lydia, the key holder, knows just about everything, she has lived there for 13 years and her children go to school in the town, The lovely beach, which is cleaned every day is just across the road. Although we didn't have children with us, there are lots of play areas on the lengthy seafront and climbing frames to entertain them, Estepona seems very child friendly, especially the Italian ice cream cafe in the Old Town!! If you don't have children, there are also lots of adult friendly places! We will certainly be going to Estepona again.
