The apartment was new and modern. It was right in the heart of Old Town surrounded by restaurants and shops yet very quiet. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Having a kitchenette and a washing machine was very handy and the air conditing was lovely and cool. I would not hesitate to stay here again it was wonderful!

The apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated and in a good location. The facilities were good and the room was generally pleasant to stay in. Mr. Francisco, who welcomed me, was always kind, helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
There was a significant cockroach problem throughout my stay. The insect spray provided was not enough, and I had to spray the room myself every morning and evening. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay, despite cleaning staff being present on the property. In addition, I had an unpleasant experience at check-out when a cleaning staff member was rude because I left the room 10 minutes later than expected, even though no housekeeping had been provided during my stay.
