Die Lage ist super und die Terrasse auch, allerdings war das Wetter so schlecht dass wir sie kaum genutzt haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet so dass man wie zuhause kochen kann. Was allerdings kaum notwendig ist, weil es viele gute Restaurants in allerhöchste Nähe gibt.

Mein Mann und ich fanden die Betten grenzwertig, wir konnten nicht zusammen schlafen. Es sind extradicke Topper drauf, mit denen man sich nur schwer drehen kann und diese rutschen. Zum Glück gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer. Dass der Kleiderschrank links gesperrt ist, weil dort private Dinge der Eigentümer drin sind, wäre eigentlich kein Problem, wenn man die Schubladen rechts hätte nutzen können. Leider gingen die Schiebetüren nicht weit genug auf, man konnte die Schubladen nicht aufziehen. Und das sind leider die einzigen Schubladen in der ganzen Wohnung. Manchmal wird es durch die Gastronomie etwas lauter, sehr geräuschempfindliche Gäste sollten an Ohrstöpsel denken.

the apartment was very clean and in the perfect location overlooking a beautiful square. Lots of restaurants, shops and the beach within walking distance in a beautiful part of Estepona.

Everything was perfect apart from a smell of gas. We contacted the owner to ask if they would check this for us but they didn’t!

location is great but can get noisy until 3am

the property was not cleaned to a high standard, dust on kitchen shelves and grease around cooker knobs. there was no cleaning products to self clean. outdoor furniture was broken, the chair and a table which could cause an injury.

The location is about the best you could get in Estepona old town.

The property is VERY tired and could do with some considerable investment to reflect the superb location. Also it is currently Nextdoor to a property that is undergoing major construction work. As a result we were woken at 8 am by the work starting. It also impacted our use and enjoyment of the fabulous terrace. I tried to contact intercom home regarding my lack of awareness that this was happening even though I had booked a year in advance but they never replied to me.
