The apartment was clean and had all necessary amenities.

Linens & pillows are poor quality, towels small, mattress uncomfortable. For nearly €100 a night, I expected the little things to be a bit more polished. Neck and back aches in the morning from the bad pillow and poor mattress.

great stay & when seafront is finished it will be lovely.

This apartment was lovely, apart from the electrics !! The hob didn't work, half the lightbulbs were out, l bought some new bulbs, for the 2nd bathroom, but kept flickering & then wen't out completely . lots of the sockets wouldn't charge the mobile phones, the kettle would work after fiddling for a while, also the boiler was leaking water & had a big bowl underneath to catch the drips, boiler needs replacing, also the whole apartment needs rewiring apart from those problems it was a lovely stay , & will be wonderful when those problems are fixed !! l might also add Tina didn't tell us anything much about the apartment, & seemed to be in a hurry to leave after our arrival & when we rang her to tell her about problems,it wen't straight to answerphone, l also sen't a text to explain the problems & rang her twice, & had no reply at all, which was not good as she'd said if any problems to ring her, a waste of time !!

Lovely cool spacious apartment to come back to after a hot day on the beach. Excellent location.

Very clean apartment including entrance hall. Ceramic tiles throughout keep it nice and cool. Air con works efficiently and is easy to control. Very comfortable bed. Full size kitchen although we didn't do any cooking so can't comment on the equipment. Very centrally located, right across the road from the beach, about half way along the very long beach and 5 mins walk to the pretty old town and about 10 mins to the harbour. 2 mins to supermarket and 5 mins to restaurants. The apartment is on 2nd floor but there is a lift and it is very efficient.

There is no sea view - the apartment is at the back overlooking a side street. I was misguided by the pics on website assuming it had a balcony with seaview, so this should be made clear in description on website. We stayed 2 weeks and the apartment was NOT cleaned or sheets changed on the bed during this time which is not acceptable, I've never stayed anywhere and had the same sheets for 2 weeks. The safe didn't work and there is no hairdryer, on contacting the person who gave us the keys there was no reply, however Estepona seems to be very safe as regards crime, and I survived without a hairdryer!

Marvellous

This apartment is in a super location half way between the Old Town and the harbour. The appartment is at the back of the building with a street view but immediately outside the building is the beach and the sea. Supermarket is very close as are eating and drinking establishments. The apartment was very good for us - it would also suit a family with 2 double rooms and a single and 2 bathrooms. I would certainly stay here here again

La ville Estepona super nous avons été ravis. Plage balade et surtout sortir sans pouvoir prendre la voiture.

L’appartement était spacieux bien située et à 2 min de la plage à pied.les restaurants commerces le long de la plage .

Je n’ai pas aimer le bruit côté rue sa résonne un peu lorsque les camions fond les livraisons et réveiller lors des ramasses poubelles très tôt le matin. Les literies couette était tacher de sang ainsi que des oreoles au niveau des cousins qui deviént jaune et parfois aussi tacher de sang en retirant le taie d’oreiller. Embêtant pour ce garer, il faut aller dans des parkings couvert payant mais celui où l’on été pas loin nous a coûter 4 euros la journée entière et soir .

No volveré, necesita reformas, vídeos de la cocina se los mandé a la anfitriona

Ubicación y muy cerca de todo, urbanización bien, y comercios cercanos

El apartamento está sucio, la pintura mal. La cocina lo peor mal equipada y no acondicionada. LLegamos el lunes 30 a las 20 h y a las 22h se rompió el desagüe de la cocina, toda la cañería y grifo estaba picado. Caía el agua a “chorro” estuvimos más de 1h 30 recogiendo agua del suelo, se inundó la cocina. Gracias al vecino del 3 I y al de 1 B pudimos cerrar la llave de paso con una llave inglesa. El fontanero vino sobre las 00.30 y no pudo hacer nada , porque no llevaba ni grifo ni tubería. Hasta las 14 h del día siguiente no se arregló. Pedí toallas, ya que para q no saliera de la cocina las utilice para secar agua. No me las facilitaron hasta el miércoles 14’h. La lavadora está rota. Uno de los baños atrancado el lavabo. El trato de la anfitriona regular, ya q insistí varias veces x tlfno para q autorizara q revisaran el termo el fontanero q estaba en el piso y no funcionaba tampoco. Me respondió” regular, ya q tenía mucho trabajo “ Colchones regulares

Pobyt udany, polecam.

Był mały problem z odbiorem kluczy musieliśmy poczekać(lepiej wcześniej zadzwonić, że już się jedzie). Mieszkanie duże w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wyposażenie ok (były też leżaki i zabawki dla dzieci na plaże). Polecam.

Mogłaby być zmywarka do naczyń. Poza tym ok.

Situación primera línea en el paseo marítimo. Portal, pasillos y patios estupendos. Amplió muy bien para 4 personas Tiene aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien

La cocina olía mal y la nevera especialmente Poca vajilla no había piezas iguales ni para 4 personas Los sofás con tapicería muy estropeada

Agradable fin de año en Estepona

La amplitud del piso, los baños excelentes, la capacidad de almacenamiento y la decoración sencilla y agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, el portal está en el paseo marítimo.

A un familiar le resultó la cama de la habitación principal incómoda. El piso es interior, aunque ya se sabía, pero tiene un patio interior muy agradable. Aparcar en la zona es muy difícil. Aunque la cocina es espaciosa, la encimera es pequeña, una de las placas no funcionaba y el menaje es muy justo.
