Clean apartment with many beds and secure parking. Walking distance to old town and the beach

My family liked how it was really easy to get a hold of the host to meet for the keys and access the secure parking space. The room was very clean and the location can't be beat. The apartment was also pet-friendly at no extra cost. There are many restaurants and grocery stores so close to the room.

Location, very close to the beach, store and restaurants. Balcony with amazing view. Fully equipped kitchen and specious rooms. Very good contact with owner.

It should be classified as 1,5 bathrooms as on of the showers is too small for adult to be able to take a shower there without making a flood.

Exceptional

Very nice appartment with perfect location. Although the furniture was slightly old-fashioned, the apartment was very cozy and spacious. Only few minutes walk from the beach and maybe two minutes walk from beautiful old town of Estepona. The host was very nice and helpful, gave us some very good advices. And the extra value was parking in the parking house!!!

The apartment was comfortable for two families. The host was super kind and he made himself available when we had to change the gas tank. The balcony provided a nice spot for dinner. Not the best rental i have been in, but the quality/price ratio was one of the best.

We all noticed a strong smell of cigarette when we first came in. I contacted the host to let him know, but he said that it was probably coming from the balcony below. It did not, as the odor was from the inside. They came to check it out and say they did not smell anything. I guess we all had olfactory allucinations.

Lo que más nos gustó fué la ubicación,es céntrico,con todos los servicios cerca.No se necesita el coche para nada. El apartamento es grande y estaba limpio. No puedo aportar mucho más, porque sólo fuimos a dormir.

Se supone que el acceso estaba adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida y no es así. Efectivamente tiene ascensor,pero es antiguo,por lo tanto muy pequeño.No pudimos subir con mi silla de ruedas.Suerte que puedo manejarme con muletas,si no,no hubiera podido subir. El apartamento tampoco está adaptado.

Bel appartement au 4eme et dernier étage. Vue dégagée. Cuisine bien équipée. Bon rapport qualité prix. Plage, commerces et toutes commodités à 5 minutes à pied. Le parking est un plus.

Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano (con ascensore) di una curata palazzina, vicina al centro e alla spiaggia. Alloggio luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. L'alloggio dispone di un parcheggio coperto, all'interno di un grande garage. Javier è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, colgo l'occasione per ringraziarlo ancora per la sua disponibilità. Consigliatissimo!

Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar. WiFi klappte hervorragend

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge gemacht. Auch im Ort könnte man alles bequem erreichen. Der Strand ist wunderbar. Es gibt kleine Restaurants und Cafés mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Zur Wohnung gab es einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Das war super.
