Chemical/paint smell was coming from the apartment next door, due to renovations. Staff tried to help but we had to wait for it to clear aas there were no alternative rooms available.

Very comfortable stay in centrally-located apartment

Pick up point for the key was the El Pilar hotel just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has an impressive entrance and has all the facilities required for a short stay. The location is fabulous. Cheap parking is available just 10 mins away.

Colourful Estepona

First of all, the apartments are top notch, and the location is first class. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. There's a large sitting/dining room and a kitchen with a large fridge freezer.

1. We arrived late on a Sunday night , 8:30. We registered in the hotel and were given instructions on how to get to the apartment. What would have been nice was if someone had taken us there and showed us how to work the ac and the hob etc. 2. I know that this is a self catering apartment but what is left as a welcome pack was pretty sparse. This isn't our first visit to Estepona and in our last apartment we had beers left, a bottle of wine and food for our first breakfast. Here we had 2 small bottles of water ( not cold ) for 3 people 4 capsules for the coffee machine, teas and some sugar ! 3. 2 wine glasses for 3 people, it's a good job I like beers. I know you'll say we should have asked the staff, who were very good, but we shouldn't have to ask really as the apartments are advertised as for 4 people. 4. A safe would be appreciated so we could store passports etc.

Great location- walking distance to the beach and in the centre or Estepona. The property was clean and comfortable. Despite not having parking we paid $2-3 a day for a public one and walked 7 minutes to the car park

A lovely little apartment for me and my girlfriend

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The little apartment was beautifully kept and perfectly suited for myself and my girlfriend, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere that made our time there even more enjoyable

POOR NOISE INSULATION to mitigate noise disturbance from inside the building and outside in the street. appartement door and windows are NOT equipped with adequate noise insulation. You can hear everything from the street (pedestrian voice, scooters, etc.).

Location was great. Room was well furnished and clean. Laundry drying rack was very helpful.

A kitchen towel and dish draining rack would have been helpful. TV remote did not work so it was not helpful in dealing with a TV that came on so we unplugged power cord

I honestly love staying here

Polite and professional service throughout the entire stay. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. The decor was exceptional. All of the staff were fantastic. I am on crutches (my own fault due to my passion for racing cars and motorcycles around many circuits, with the associated injuries!) and so location is always a key factor in choosing accommodation. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The food was second to none with a romantic view of Estepona Old Town from the top floor. I have booked this accommodation around 20 times now and have never been disappointed. Thanks to everyone, Andy

They kindly supply coffee pods but some sachets of milk would save my wobbly knees a trip to the shops

Beautiful apartment in a really nice location. I collected the keys from a hotel nearby and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to have a little balcony.
