Heerlijk ruim appartement met fijne keuken, badkamers en bedden. Zo goed als nieuw.
Er was steeds een incident met de lift waardoor de zekerheid dat hij het deed er niet was. Gezien wij iemand meehadden die geen trappen kon lopen was dat wel een issue.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very well equipped, spotless, and comfortable even for a larger family. The kitchen has everything you might need (including sharp knives!!), there are 2 bathrooms and 1 separate WC, very comfortable beds, and a spacious terrace. Plenty of towels, sports and beach equipment, many wardrobes, window roller blinds, Wi-Fi in all rooms. The water heater isn’t very large, but with reasonable use it’s perfectly sufficient. And honestly, that’s how it should be — it encourages people not to waste water. The apartment also has a washer and dryer, plus a small drying rack. If we were to be very picky, an additional larger drying rack on the terrace would be useful.
The apartment is located on the edge of Estepona in a large residential building, offering plenty of privacy while still being relatively close to everything. You can reach the town center in about 10-15 minutes on foot — it’s a gentle downhill walk on the way there (and uphill on the way back), but nothing that requires any special fitness.
A big advantage is the private parking space in the garage, although there are usually free spots available in the surrounding streets as well.
Caroline was an exceptional host. She provided perfect arrival instructions, was always available on WhatsApp, and helped us with every question we had. When the hairdryer wasn’t working, she immediately brought a new one, and she was incredibly understanding when our children accidentally broke a lamp. Caroline, thank you for everything — we felt truly comfortable in your place and would love to return. Not only because of your wonderful apartment, but also because of your professionalism, which is genuinely inspiring.
The nearby road can be heard when the windows are open. It wasn’t disruptive for us at all, but guests who are very sensitive to noise might want to be aware of it. After closing the windows, the apartment is perfectly quiet. For us, it certainly didn’t affect the quality of our stay in any way.

Location was great, near all bars and restaurants. Just to point out that there is a steep hill to climb on the way back

El piso es muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. Camas de matrimonio en los 3 dormitorios. Todo super equipado.
Consulte a la propietaria por email dos meses antes de mi estancia sobre la ubicación del piso. Era un 6 y no me contestó al email porque sabía que si me lo decía lo cancelaría. Cuando me lo dijo ya había pasado el tiempo de cancelación.
Además la ubicación del piso está a la afueras, en cuesta, por lo que si quieres ir a la playa debe de ser en coche.
La urbanización muy moderna y nueva, pero muy caótica. La piscina comunitaria estaba verde y no hay zonas de sombra.
