Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Sehr sauber, vollständig möbliert und geschmackvoll gemacht. Wenig wäre zu verbessern: es fehlte eine Teekanne.
Schöner, größer PKW Stellplatz in Garage.
Der Balkon ist nicht besonders groß und man bekommt nur an kleinen Plätzen direkte Sonne, was insbesondere bei unserem Aufenthalt im Frühjahr( März 26) nötig gewesen wäre. Sonst alles top.
Der erste Zugang ist extrem schwierig. Niemand ist zur Begrüßung da. Es sind auch keine Erläuterungen/hinweise etc vorhanden zur Nutzung der Wohnung. Auch die Nummer des Pkw Stellplatzes in der TG musste erst mittels eines Rückrufs beim Vermieter ermittelt werden. Hier wären ausführlichere Hinweise gleich zum Nutzungsbeginn sicherlich sehr wünschenswert!!
Auch das Türverschlusssystem der Wohnungstüre verschließt die Wohnung beim Verlassen nicht, sondern man zieht die Tür nur einfach zu. Eine erfolgreiche Sicherheitsverriegelung wäre sicherlich gut.
Verkehrslärm ist in geringen Umfang zu hören.
Eine Heizungsmöglichkeit in den Bädern wäre toll

Lovely extremely clean spacious apartment. Well equipped if you wanted to cook, everything you would need. Close to bars and restuarants, short walk to a nice safe beach.
If you had a large car underground parking was a bit tight but plenty parking out side. Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms.
