Appartamento ristrutturato, pulito, spazioso (eravamo in 3), comodo. Quartiere più che altro residenziale, ma molto tranquillo, a 10 min a piedi dal centro e dal lungomare. Molto comoda la disponibilità di un parcheggio in struttura, non sempre facile da trovare in zona.
Per migliorare il comfort, sarebbe utile aggiungere almeno un piccolo armadio per i vestiti e qualche sedia/sgabello. Anche qualche stoviglia in più (tazzine per caffè, insalatiera, etc.) potrebbe tornare comoda. La posizione, in cima ad una collinetta, può rendere qualche volta faticoso il rientro a piedi, soprattutto dopo un'intera giornata fuori. Ad ogni modo, tranquillamente affrontabile.

Very Clean and easy access instructions. Plus great secure parking space
Noisy guests upstairs dragging furniture across floor early and late. and we could hear the noise downstairs clearly

Uždaras parkingas,patogi lova.
Gyvenom nuliniame aukšte. Ventiliacijos problemos , patalpoje kaupiasi drėgmė, vonioje jokio šildytuvo, rankšluoščiai lieka drėgni. Grindys nešvarios. Nebuvo jokio virtuvinio rankšluosčio, kempinėlės indams ar šluostės. Nebuvo rankų muilo, o duše muilo dozatorius neveikė. Niekur dar nėra tekę už mokamą depozitą , pačiam susimokėti mokestį už pervedimą.
