Καποιες δυσκολιες με τις διαδικασιες για την αρχικη εισοδο στο διαμερισμα. ( επικοινωνια ,internet , για code ) & η μη παρουσια για μενα ιδιοκτητων.

Air conditioning in both main room and bedroom. Very clean and tidy. Upstairs apartment with view of the sea in the distance. Situated on a quiet residential road. Secure parking space at the rear of the apartment through an electric sliding door with key code. Key codes for main doors so no keys to carry around. 2 washing machines at the top of the stairs next to the apartment. Welcome pack of washing machine pod, washing up liquid. Toiletries provided and bottles of water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Comfortable bed and sofa. Plenty of hanging space and shelves in the bedroom. Very quick and helpful response from the host. Estepona is a beautiful town.

Less than 15 minute walk into town downhill which made a tiring uphill walk back to the apartment. There are a couple of shops less than 10 minute walk away although very few local restaurants or bars.

Gyvenom nuliniame aukšte. Ventiliacijos problemos , patalpoje kaupiasi drėgmė, vonioje jokio šildytuvo, rankšluoščiai lieka drėgni. Grindys nešvarios. Nebuvo jokio virtuvinio rankšluosčio, kempinėlės indams ar šluostės. Nebuvo rankų muilo, o duše muilo dozatorius neveikė. Niekur dar nėra tekę už mokamą depozitą , pačiam susimokėti mokestį už pervedimą.
