Nice appt at a very nice location

Very nice appartment right across the street from the beach. Many restaurants within 500 meters. Ideal location with a parking garage within 50 meters.

We had booked for 2 nights but we really liked it there. Paid about € 55,- per night plus € 60,- for cleaning. So I sent the owner a message the 1st day and another message the next day. That we would like to add 1 more night. He didn't respond before we had to check out before 11 am the next day. So we left that morning at 08:30. When we were already 300 kilometers away, I got a message from him. Saying sorry that he had not read my messages before. And offered that 1 more night for € 100,- in cash. I found that weird....paying € 55,- per night for the first 2 nights and ...... then € 100,- for the third night. We were already 300 kilometers down the road, but wouldn't have done a 3rd night for 100,- anyway

The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive from the beach, restaurants, and charming Old Town.

Charming Stay with Live Music and Sea Breeze

The apartment was small but charming, and we really enjoyed our 3-night stay. The location was fantastic-just a 30-second walk to the beach, and the live music from the restaurant below added a lovely vibe in the evenings. The only downside was the shower, which tended to flood quickly, making for very short showers. Aside from that, everything was great! The double bed was comfortable, and while the sofa bed was a bit awkward to sleep on, it was manageable. Overall, a cozy and pleasant place to stay.

Poor Quality in a great location

Property has black mould around window, no plugs for sinks and toilet door badly fitted and could not be closed. Whilst the location is excellent be prepared for loud noise from restaurants below till 1-2am. No terrace despite being in description. Pictures on booking.com show a different apartment. Very basic facilities

The noise id horrendous, 2 extremly busy restaurant and bars underneath the bedroom till minimum 2am. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SLEEP HERE I GAURANTEE YOU. THE not ready despite getting there at 5. A leak in bathroom, floor constantly wet and dangerous to walk on. No washing machine. Promised a refund by booking.com and not given. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great place to stay when in Estepona.

Location is just one of the best features. The beach is just a minute away, huge shopping center is a 10 minute walk away, food store is 5minutes away, old town is at the doorstep, restaurants and shops are right in front of the building. Just perfect.

Decor was very tired...in need of refurbishment....the apartment was different to the photos in Booking.com Flood in bathroom from upper flat...this was fixed when I contacted by phone....emails were not answered no plugs in either bathroom or kitchen sink....we had to purchase a plug and washing up bowl shower head bracket needed fixing (I managed to sort this) kitchen cupboard door fell off.....I tried to fix it but was too worn and must have fallen off before...was repaired after we had spoken the cleaner...emails were not answered

Please be aware that this location is immediately next to several late opening bar restaurants so especially on weekends, noise level outside is disturbing as like in most hotels and apartment rentals in Spain, there is zero noise reduction window soundproofing.

Great location in the old town

Lack of a hairdryer. Sadly the bar below the apartment was very rowdy until 2am - locals rather than tourists , shouting and screaming. This is completely out with the control of the apartment owner and might not happen again.

Very nice apartment and in a perfect location, right beside the beach and beside great restaurants and bars. Very clean and right in the heart of Estepona.

location is excellent, but sound insulation is almost not existent, we could hear all conversations from people in the bar downstairs, which didn't close until 2pm every night. So sleep quality wasn't good. We were in the 1st floor so perhaps the sound issue does not affect other apartments in building

Hi Daniel Thank you for all your communication during our stay.. you asked for our feedback of our stay... I wanted to give you constructive feedback as really our stay did not meet our expectations.. sadly... I've travelled alot of the world stayed in far worse but also stayed in far better we also frequently visit estepona as I have family here. Looking through booking.com the pictures looked lovely unfortunately they didnt replica this in real life.. the apartment is looking very tired in places I do have pictures to show what i mean... the bedding and towels very shabby and marked... the curtains hagging off the rail plus there were holes in them.. the mattress very soft the shower was so tiny you couldn't swing a cat in it also if you moved in the shower you got burnt by the taps...also it needs a good clean all the grime has built up the plug socket in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and the whole place could do.with a lick of paint.. the picture in the bedroom stick out from the wall as its hanging on for dear life... so the big issue I have had is I've not slept due to the fact of how busy and noisy below the apartment was none of this was mentioned in the summary so I'm more tired than I was when I arrived.. however during the day it's perfect location... so would we stay again sadly not and I'm afraid I wouldnt be able to give a good rating as I have left feeling I need another trip away to recover. Not very happy with our stay at all kind regards

Cheap flat well located for party people

The flat is located in the Center, a minute away from the beach. It was very clean and everything you need is available (heating, fridge, tv etc). The shower has nice pressure and hot water.

The flat is a bit worn out and could use some refurbishing. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and we were scared it would break down at some point. Being right in the Center means it can get pretty noisy, so the flat would be ideal for people coming here to party out late in the night. If you wish to come here to rest, I’d recommend looking for a more quiet street. The name of the apartment is misguiding, it is not “frente a la playa” ie there is no beach view, the flat is orientated towards the back street.

Appartement défraîchi qui nécessite un peu d'amour

L'emplacement de l'appartement, tout près de la plage.

Il faut savoir que cet appartement en situé juste au-dessus d'un bar, donc très bruyant et ce, très tard dans la nuit. La vaisselle dans l'armoire nécessitait d'être nettoyée avant usage (cernes sur les verres et les ustensiles). J'ai aussi eu un cafard. Cela peut arriver, mais n'est pas souhaitable.
