Fantastic location, very friendly and prompt contact, clear self-check-in instructions, the proprietors made a baby cot available even though it was not stated on booking.com description. The apartment was quite spacious. But in general, the location at the very heart of old town and almost beachfront beats everything and is just the reason for booking this apartment in itself

Need for a few minor refurbishments: sliding doors sometimes got stuck, furniture was not fixed to the walls which caused some small wardrobe to fall down as it was outweighed. Lack of basic stuff like toilet paper, dish cleaning concentrate etc. Also there is room for improvement in general cleanliness - we found some stale sauce in the oven, toaster was dirty, also some hairs on bed linen - could be better. Finding parking space was very tricky for those who wanted free parking, but nevertheless we were seccessful every time. There is an underground paid parking available nearby though. In general I would still definitely recommend anyway - location is everything

Było naprawdę brudno. Wszystkie naczynia ze śladami używania. Podłoga brudna łazienka do umycia. Do tego były mrówki

The location was perfect

Too many things, especially complaints were not acted upon. The management agent insisted on me doing what booking.com site advised not to do - click on a link and give my bank details (on an unknown site - to me) as a consent regarding a €500 "breakage deposit". I was unaware of this and unless I agreed I would not be given the access code to collect keys to apartment Also; Utencils were a mish/mash of different products (spoons, knives forks etc.), some were very dirty and looked like they'd not been cleaned in a long time, no lids on sauspans, broken or dangerous handles on sauspans, washing machine emptying waste water onto floor, missing light in tv room, someone's dentures left in bedside locker, tv volume faulty, poor quality light in cooking area. This place was far far from what was advertised. Finally, there was no one available in any emergency after 10 pm.....not even to gain access to apt. if the keys were misplaced or lost. This place needs to take stock of what it is doing, make improvements on many fronts and give value for the prices it charges
