Lovely property and great location.
Sadly due to building works next door we had limited access to to the lovely patio,however it was just bad timing for us .

Location of duplex apartment, central to all amenitiesin old town and beach, cleanliness and facilities, responses and contact from owner .
Unfortunately work going on in adjoining property for last 4 days from 8am until 8pm which meant we couldn't use outside patio area, por relax in bedroom on an afternoon.

Everything about the apartment suited our requirements. Small terrace facing the train track and station with a south westerly sunny aspect from noon onwards, In the morning the terrace was perfect for breakfast as it was sheltered from the sun. Beach a very short distance from the apartment. Supermarket just accross the road and the residence beside several restaurants.
No fault with the apartment as there was only two of us.
