Beautiful Apartment in Estepona Center

The property is quite central, just over the road from the orchid-house. There's heaps of space ... way overkill for a solo traveler. The aircon works, although it's a single heat-pump type with the one outlet in the loungeroom.

My initial dealings with the owner / manager were a little fraught. I'd not expected - fine print no doubt - to have to front-up with a cash deposit / bond and found the owner rather abrupt and dismissive when I was querying the practice. Perhaps I've over sensitive to the possibility of accommodation scams. I was greeted by a dead cockroach in the entry hall, which never sets a good initial impression.
