This lovely apartment in Estepona is the ideal retreat for those seeking to combine the authenticity of a port town with modern comfort and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Located on Avenida de España, on the beachfront, this 90 m² accommodation offers space for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, with a bathroom equipped with a shower tray. Perfect for families or groups, the apartment features air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating via electric radiators and fibre optic wifi to keep you connected.
Located just a few steps from the lively centre of Estepona, you will have access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets such as Aldi, Mercadona, Carrefour or Lidl, ensuring you won't lack anything during your stay. The car parking space included on the same avenue is a great advantage for those travelling by car, facilitating safe and comfortable access in a pedestrian area next to the seafront promenade.
The location is unbeatable for nature lovers and outdoor leisure enthusiasts. From sandy beaches and coves to natural parks and reserves, Estepona offers more than 20 kilometres of coastline to explore. Everything was as advertised for the apartment. It’s very spacious and well appointed. The views are incredible, location is excellent for walking to just about everything Estepona has to offer. We had a great stay.

Nice cute apartment, directly on the beach line. Big windows and nice sunrise! Enough space for huge family, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Big living room with nice sea view! Underground save Parking!!! Top possibility with own key and access! All restaurants few meters from accommodation, but acoustically very nice and according rules outside. Old very nice city 100 meters walk Very recommended!!! Слава Україні!
