Contemporary stylish & beautiful apt, sea & mountain views & great location

We have just enjoyed an 8 night stay and the apartment is exactly as described. It is ideally located between the old town and the marina with great amenities right on the door step. There's a couple of great little tapas restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away and Lidl and Aldi really close by. We had an issue with not being able to access the pool for a couple of days whilst we were there (the pool fobs werent working). Communication from Paul was excellent and he did everything he could to sort the problem out until it was fixed. The pool is a great size and most days in the morning we were the only people there. There is also a small shallow pool which was perfect for our baby. We loved the area, lots of amazing places to eat and drink. In particular the square in the old town and the restaurants around that area. We'd definitely recommend going up to the top floor of the hotel on the square to the roof top cocktail bar at sunset. We decided not to hire a car this time but if we returned we would do as the water park for the kids was just a bit far out for us to get to. But plenty for the kids to enjoy, the area along the beach has lots of play parks and everywhere is very family friendly. We would highly recommend booking this apartment for your stay in Estepona

We spent a week in this apartment with our 3 teenage sons. It is spacious and clean and it is very conveniently located. The pool is a good size, it was never too busy and sometimes we were there on our own despite it being high season. There is a Lidl supermarket about 5 or 6 minutes walk away and there is a smaller supermarket that sells fresh bread just across the road. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away and there are a number of restaurants within a few f minutes walk of the apartment. The area feels very safe and we were happy to let our sons walk to the supermarket or beach alone. There are some beautiful mountain towns to visit close by and the busier towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella are easily reached by car. Paul, the owner, responded quickly to queries before we travelled and during our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay in Estepona and hope to come back soon.

We booked this apartment based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. The apartment is actually the most comfiest we have stayed in. It is spacious with 3 good size bedrooms and a king size bed in one! The lounge area was lovely too and it was a bonus having two showers! There was everything we needed including beach towels, beach umbrella, mats, chairs and cool boxes. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the marina and about 10/15 to the beautiful old town, which we loved. The resort is very Spanish, which we liked, I think the locals holiday here. The pool was big and the area around it very clean, but we preferred the beach and went to playa del crista which is near the marina as it has more of a gentle cove, which we preferred with young children. All correspondence with Paul was professional and he was easy to get hold of if we needed him for anything. He gave us a recommendation for a taxi for transfer and gave lots of information about the resort. There is a Lidl just 5 minutes from the apartment.We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Paul was a great host.

Owner was 1st class, keys sent to our home prior to arrival. Given the telephone number for taxi all went really smoothly. Apartment had everything we needed. Would certainly go back again. Well located property within walking distance of Estepona Port, La Rada Beach, Old Town etc. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a fully operational kitchen, to include toaster, hob/oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine. All beds in each of the 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable. AC throughout the property. The owner was extremely accommodating and professional from the beginning. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Really good spacious apartment that is fully air conditioned, no complaints at all. Estepona is lovely, especially the old town and all within walking distance. The apartment feels very secure, on first floor with access control to the blocks front door. Big kitchen and 2 bathrooms really made a difference, I would certainly recommend this apartment.

We are a family of 5 and have just returned from a holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the shutters on the bedroom windows also ensured a good nights sleep! Glad of the air-con in the bedrooms/lounge - it was definitely needed! Great to have the sun chairs, sun umbrellas and cool boxes there to use, which we did on many occasions down at the pool or the beach. The pool was great - just a 30 second walk down the road from the apartment. On the whole we found the pool very quiet during the day. It got busier later on in the day/evening (from ~5pm) Pool is open until 10pm which is great if you want an evening swim. The location was great for us - About 10 minutes walk to the marina, with all the restaurants/bars and about 15 minutes into the old town. Paul was great through the whole process, with quick and clear communications. I would just have one suggestion - unless I didn't find it, I didn't see any 'guest book' in the apartment. I find these quite useful if people have recommendations/tips for good restaurants/trips to pass onto future guests who are not familiar with the area, like us. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Loved every thing, the apartment, location, swimming pool and resort

We chose this apartment for its location and facilities and both were excellent. Situated a 5 minute walk to the Marina and beaches in one direction and a similar walk to Estepona town in the other direction it's position couldn't be much better. In addition Aldi, Mercadona and Carefour supermarkets are all between 2 and 5 mins walk away. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and appears very new with modern sofas, superbly comfortable beds and great kitchen. Situated on the first floor you can use the stairs with no need for the lift so all in all a great place. Paul the owner is very helpful and communication was excellent so If you are looking for a convenient spacious and well equipped base close to all amenities it will be hard to beat this.

Just spent 4 relaxing days with my mum and sister in Paul's fabulous apartment in estepona. The apartment has everything you need and is immaculate. The bedrooms are lovely and beds very comfortable. Within walking distance to the marina( which has lovely restaurants) and the old town. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Fresh apartment great located in Estepona with walking distance to the very pittoresc old town and also the beach. Estepona is much nicer compared to other villages south of Malaga and is strategic located for excursions to Gibraltar, Ronda etc.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this lovely apartment. We were extremely impressed by the immaculate and modern interior, the location in Estepona and the facilities, especially the pool which we loved! We spent every day by the pool as it was a lovely size, had a nice atmosphere (not too crowded) and was a good temperature. We are a group of girls so the location was perfect in terms of the amount of nice restaurants, cocktail bars and shops all within walking distance. It was extremely handy having a Lidl supermarket a 3-minute walk away and various beaches also within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The owner was very quick and friendly to help with any queries. I would recommend this apartment for families or friends, be them old or young! I will definitely be staying at this apartment again and am already planning my next holiday there! Thank you Paul for this wonderful stay.

Immaculate apartment with everything you could need for a great holiday. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a walk to the main town with an array of bars and restaurants but it's lovely to explore all the cobbled streets and fountains etc on the way. Would love to return in the near future. The owner is very helpful and responds to any query quickly. Bar candela only 50 metres away is very welcoming. Prices in the whole area are extremely reasonable.

The apartment was light, bright, immaculate and beautifully furnished and it had everything there that we could possibly need for our stay. Fantastic location too - within walking distance of the port and the town and with supermarkets and cafes just around the corner. A definite find and we cannot wait to go back!

We were in Estepona to attend a friends wedding so needed an apartment located close to all amenities. The apartment ticked all the boxes and more. Would highly recommend to all. Pool was excellent, all appliances were modern and you could tell the apartment was well maintained. Thanks for having us!

Excellent apartment - light, airy, modern, roomy, thoughtfully laid-out and spotlessly clean. We loved the 'contemporary yet comfortable' vibe and appreciated all the little extras provided, eg, cool boxes, beach umbrellas, lightweight comfy beach chairs, fans in the bedrooms, beach towels, etc. The owners seem to have thought of everything. The kitchen has bags of cupboard space and is well designed and kitted-out with quality appliances/utensils. The bedrooms all have plenty of storage for clothes and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The open-plan sitting/dining room is a great place to eat or chill out, with its cool L-shaped sofas, spacious dining table, and a small, sunny balcony leading off it, where we spent many a relaxed hour with a glass of wine, watching the world go by on the street below. The apartment is very well-located, easy to get to either the Old Town or the Marina/main beach on foot in around ten minutes, give or take. It was nice to be able to 'work off' a good dinner with a pleasant stroll back to the apartment (uphill but not steep), sometimes stopping off for a coffee at a cafe en-route. If you're feeling lazy, there's a vast underground car park right on the seafront. Our first time in Estepona, we were pleasantly surprised by how much the town has to offer. It has all the amenities/atmosphere you want for a holiday, but also feels like a 'real' working Spanish town. The Old Town is picturesque with pretty little back streets reminded me of Seville and Cordoba in places. The Marina development and the Promenade along the main beach have been very nicely designed. The whole town has been tastefully developed, with lots of palm trees and flowers lining the roads. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Particular faves were Robbie's, Thapa Thai and Taberna El Puerto (excellent well-priced tapas). Choice of beaches, from the long main town beach, to nearby Playa del Christo (sheltered, family-orientated, great food and service at the Havana Beach bar/restaurant), to various beach clubs a short drive away. If you fancy a change of scenery, Puerto Banus is easily do-able; we had spectacular cocktails there at the buzzy Astral Cocktail Bar and a delicious curry at nearby Kahn's. Beautiful Ronda is only just over an hour's drive away and well worth a visit. We also enjoyed a round of golf at the stunning San Roque Club in Sotogrande, one of many top-class courses nearby.

Great apartment, very central for old town and marina. If you have a car there are plenty of options to visit other areas very easily, a day trip to Gibraltar is a must, get the cable car to the top of the rock and see the monkeys,however if you don't have a car Marbella and Puerto Banus can be visited by the local bus service very easily. Modern interior, fantastic beds. On first floor though you have no one above or below you so no noise from neighbours.

El apartamento está muy bien y Paul el propietario estuvo muy pendiente, a través de la app por mensajes y con el apoyo de la empresa local de limpieza. Es amplio, tal y como se ve en las fotos, excepto la terraza, justo para 4 y con los muebles estropeados por el sol. La cocina tenía todo (excepto el microondas que echamos de menos, pero que ya sabíamos) la descripción es muy exacta. El único problema fue que hasta no hacer la reserva no indicaba los 80€ de limpieza que había que pagar allí, y las tasas de cambio a libras, que hizo que finalmente se pagara algo más. La zona genial. Con una tienda de ultramarinos cerca, la pollería y el Mercadona y el Lidl muy cerca. Tranquilo y con la playa a 10 minutos bajando un par de cuestas. El único problema es que al ser un primero se escuchaban los coches y la gente, pero no tanto como para no poder dormir. La piscina genial, grande y con espacio de sobra para tumbarse en el césped artificial, pero se comparte con el edificio de al lado, así que había que bajar a la calle. Nuestra experiencia general fue muy buena.

We had a lovely time in this very functional apartment. The owner was always reachable if there was a problem. Everything Is at a walking distance and Estepona is a beautiful little town.
