Very spacious, comfortable and bright apartment, 115 M2., Located on 4th and top floor, with elevator. Free private parking in adjoining building. It has four bedrooms (two with large double bed and two with two single beds each), living room, kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven ...), bathroom (sink, bath with shower, water and bidet) ) and toilet (washbasin, shower and water), terrace (with views) with table and chairs. Capacity up to 8 people. Air conditioning (hot-cold) in all rooms and lounge. Internet access with free wi-fi. The building is adapted for people with reduced mobility problems and trolleys for children.
5 minutes from the beach, the promenade, shopping area, leisure and restaurant area.
Nearby you can visit the historic center, Plaza de Las Flores, typical Andalusian streets, Orquidarium, Clock Tower, wall murals of facades, museums. You will not need a car.
There are supermarkets nearby and tapas area and coffee shops.
It is a very quiet neighborhood, without noise. Very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, greengrocers, coffee shops. Close to gym. The displacement through the city is very comfortable and easy to do on foot. Well connected by public transport (bus).
