Excellent location in the charming old town, and very walkable to everything such as stores, restaurants, and the beach. While it was so close to the shopping district, it still felt pretty quiet when inside. Our bed was comfy. We had some rain, but our room stayed comfortable and dry. Our host was friendly and helpful.
Going up and down the stairs was just a little tricky (like in the middle of the night), but this was known from property description so not a surprise.

Spacious quiet apartment in the very centre of Estepona.
Steep entrance stairs and very steep stairs up to mezzanine bed space.

Location was good and central to many shops- restaurants- bars, short walk to beach, 20 mins walk to marina.
Steep stairs that when wet were not very safe and awkward to carry suitcases up. Room felt damp and had a de humidifier running (following heavy rain storms)
The room felt outdated.
Toaster didn’t work, but was replaced within a few hours of my notification to management.
Whilst suggest closest carpark is only 5 mins walk, like many Spanish carpark it’s underground and busy, we had to park -3, lift was broken so had to carry suitcases 3 flights of stairs. Cheap rate for parking only valid for 48 hours then jumps to 16€ a day ( so you need to exit and re enter before 48 hours to have low fees)

I loved the apartment! I nearly stayed another night, just to spend more time in it. I felt so at home, I cooked every day & ate in the window of the French balcony. Air con very affective. Kitchen has everything needed to make simple meals. Good shower, very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.
Internet a bit sketchy, & box flashed at night (I put it on the floor out of sight). TV is audio only, so only music. Not a problem, as I prefer to read (there is a shelf of books one floor down). Fridge a bit noisy intermittently. Unnecessary table in the bathroom-it looks very nice but makes getting in & out of the shower awkward; an extra shelf would be better. None of these things affected my overall stay.

The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the old town, yet pleasantly quiet. Walking to the seaside, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea, including the impressive sight of the Rock of Gibraltar facing Jebel Musa across the water. When the batteries in the heating remote ran out, Maria Teresa came immediately to replace them and resolved the issue promptly, which was very reassuring. The nearest parking lot is not large, but it has a high turnover rate, so there are usually spaces available. That said, the parking spots are quite small, so careful driving is required.
The bedroom in this split-level apartment is upstairs. The staircase is very steep, which I could manage, but I did not realize that the wooden steps are extremely slippery. In winter, wearing socks makes it even more slippery. On one occasion, I slipped while going downstairs and slid from about the fifth step from the bottom all the way down, landing hard on the floor. Fortunately, there were no broken bones, only bruises and minor injuries, but it was quite a frightening experience. Guests should be very careful when using the stairs. In addition, the lighting inside the apartment is somewhat insufficient. The bathroom is actually the brightest area. Adding one or two floor lamps would likely improve the overall lighting significantly.

The location is wonderful. The decor is very nice especially the ceiling. The parking was reasonable and very close but do not stay longer than 16 hours without miving the car.
e thought the apartment was cold in November though the aircon also heats the room. The lighting is not very good.

A beautiful apartment situated not far from the beach but right in the middle of the old town. Easy check in and a very cheap carpark only a few minutes away a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Nothing to dislike

Nice apartment, good location and communication from the host.
Little misinformation on location, but after short message we got to the place just fine. (Also googlemaps knows where it is).
Overall would recommend and visit again.

Great location and easy check-in, with responsive communication. Very clean and decently equipped - although quite simple. Very charming features. Perfect for a few nights in Estepona Old Town
The stairs up to the mezzanine were steep and a bit slippy. And we’re both tall, so we had to take great care up and down the stairs, and not to bang our heads. However, we could see how the apartment was on booking, so it’s not a complaint

Loved the central location and good quality. The linen is second to none and the pillow are decent.
The apartment we were in (Correo Viejo) had very steep stairs going to the mezzanine sleeping area. The angle is at least 50 degrees so the treads have little space for one's feet. If you have to get up in the night it is very dangerous. Fortunately we discovered a very comfortable sofa bed in the main floor area which was made up.

Nice apartment in the old town of Estepona, a gem city. Close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants & cafes. We've had everything for a nice stay. Good parking in the area & we were allowed to do early check in.

Beautiful, cosy, clean and spacious suite, well equipped (AC, electric blinds, kitchen utensils), in excellent location
The transmission of noises coming from other suites and a corridor is simply unacceptable - when we entered our suite we initially thought that someone was inside walking in the attic, but the noise was coming from the neighbouring suite! You can lay in bed at night and hear everything, even people speaking calmly on the opposite side of the wall, probably made out of cardboard. That's terrible and has to be fixed!

Apartment was spotless, bedding was good and one could self cater with equipment supplied.
One of our best places during our 3 weeks in Spain.
Parking in a nearby parking garage well priced.

Centrally located but not noisy, clean and nicely decorated. Comfy bed in a spacious studio
Nice to have a small dining table, but would’ve been great to have 3 chairs instead of 2 as we were traveling with our kid. But it’s a minor discomfort

Lovely character property right in the centre of Estepona old town.
The balcony door initially didn’t close properly so our first night was a little noisy, however this was fixed the next day.
