Great location in the heart of estepona

Great location, but the studio apartment has some issues.

It was in an excellent location with only steps to the beach and restaurants. Downside is that it can be a little noisy.

The layout of the studio is a little awkward and the furniture is quite mixed. Watching the small tv from the couch is a challenge and the small bed is both uncomfortable and sandwiched between two walls making it very awkward getting in and out.

El sentir que estoy como en casa . Me encanta la ubicación , el ventanal con vistas al mar , la limpieza , la atención , la amabilidad de Angie. En poquito espacio no echas nada en falta . Cruzas la calle y está la playa . Sales del portal y tienes una variedad tremenda de restaurantes . El centro histórico a un minuto . En fin , que , para mi , lo tiene todo .

Heel leuk verblijf in een super mooie stadje vol met kleine straatjes en bloemen overal.

Goed gelegen, pal in het centrum, dichtbij alles. Appartement heel proper, goed bed en douche. Alles wat je nodig heb stond er, broodrooster, dolce gusto koffiemachine en zelfs een wasmachine. Top👍

Geen airco, was stuk dus moesten we slapen met de vensters open wat niet gemakkelijk was vermits het lawaai van de vele bars en restaurants in de omgeving. We hebben ook meer dan een half uur moeten wachten voor dat er iemand ons de sleutels kwam brengen.

Bonito apartamento para disfrutar de una estancia agradable y relajada de sol y playa.

Apartamento limpio, acogedor, los anfitriones Juan Ramon y Angie, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El apartamento tiene toda la infraestructura necesaria para pasar unos días de descanso y playa. El menaje de cocina nuevo y todo el apto. limpio y con algunos detalles agradables. Bastante tranquilo a pesar de estar ubicado en el mismo centro, a dos pasos de la playa y con todo tipo de restaurantes y locales de todo tipo en la misma puerta y zona de alrededor. Muy recomendable para una persona sola.

Todo estaba bien, pero sugiero sustituir la almohada por dos más ligeras, porque la que hay la encontré bastante dura. Eché de menos una percha o colgador a la entrada o una simple silla de apoyo. En el baño, como en tantos otros apartamentos e incluso en hoteles, faltan estantes donde poner los elementos personales de aseo y cosmética. Pero en general, muy buena relación calidad/precio y en especial por la limpieza y amabilidad de los anfitriones.

Mejor ubicación, imposible.

La ubicación es espectacular. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y no comer todo el rato fuera.

No tiene aire acondicionado. Es bastante pequeño y la cama está metida en un hueco (solo vale para una persona).

Das war kein appartament.. Sonst nicht mal eine studio. Es war kein confort da... Noch nicht mal eine (Art Sessel zum relax war da) für nicht anspruchsvoll OK.
