About this house rental
Estepona provides a good base for exploring the picturesque towns and villages of Andalucia and for day trips to the Alhambra at Granada, Gibraltar and Morocco. Sevilla is only 2 hours 15 minute drive and Ronda 1 hour 10 minutes. Other more local attractions include Selwo, a big wildlife safari park, Tivoli Gardens, a theme park and several water parks. Alternatively, for a relaxing, drive-free holiday Estepona is easily accessible by public transport. The very popular marina is a short walk as are a variety of bars, restaurants and two beautiful beaches.facilities. The old town with its picturesque alleyways, squares restaurants and shops is a 15-20 minute walk. Two supermarkets are within 200 meters of the house. With multiple others a little further away. This includes a Supercor with an excellent wet fish counter, butchery and patisserie.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance so no car required.

We loved this property. It was spotless, in a great location and east as pie to check in.
Had a slight problem with the air con in the master bedroom but that was sorted. It worked sporadically and I’ve no doubt Phillip will get it fixed asap.
All in all we loved it.

Large townhouse in small complex. Very spacious with three floors including multiple nice seating areas on ground and first floor. First floor had nice out door terrace. Ground floor felt a little dark at times and the outdoor area was likewise being quite enclosed by shrubs and trees.
The furniture and decor were of good quality albeit perhaps not to every ones taste but we thought it was very nice.
The kitchen was small but good quality and quite new, was also well equipped and more than adequate for our needs.
Bathrooms were fine although as is often the way they take a hammering and could probably do with a little bit of refreshing in places but no big issues.
The communal pool area was nicely cared for with well tended gardens. A few of the walkway areas could have done with a lick of paint but nothing major.
The location was excellent for the marina and it’s bars and restaurants with a very handy gate that gave a short cut through a public car park. It’s quite a walk though to the old town area but didn’t bother us.
We had an issue with aircon after a day but the engineer turned up 48 hours later and got most of it working.
One issue to be aware of are the mosquitoes. Our family are attractive to them and all got many many bites, my sons girlfriend however did not get bitten once. If they don’t bother you then should be fine but if you are susceptible then be aware. Overall very nice place and good value. Enjoyed.
